We are loving this cat fountain so far. It holds a lot of water! One of my cats in particular is very fond of this fountain over our other one. I’m wondering if it’s because it’s much taller making it easier for him to drink from.The fountain itself looks nice. It doesn’t take up too much space despite holding a large amount of water. The led light turning red in a great reminder to refill the bowl. I would still recommend cleaning it at least once a week rather than waiting until the water runs out. That could take quite a while depending on how much your cat drinks.This water fountain runs constantly, compared to our other one that is motion activated. Even though it’s always running I can barely hear it.The only downside I found to this fountain is that if says you should switch out the filters every 1-3 weeks. 2 of the 3 filters seem very specific to this fountain, yet there is no information on how to order more. Also, changing out the filters every week doesn’t seem very practical. I’ve been rinsing them out as thoroughly as possible and cleaning the foam ones with a tiny drop of dawn, making sure to rinse it completely.My orange boy really loves this fountain. I just wish there was more information about the filters, especially considering they should be replaced every few weeks.

This fountain comes mostly pre-assembled, which makes setting it up extremely easy. Just rinsing out the parts/filters and popping the tray back in. It looks modern, and does not take up much space. I used to have to fill two water bowls to make sure my pet never ran out, but the reservoir is large enough so I do not have to worry (or forget, with the LED!).The fountain is much better than what I have used before. Although it is not slorp-proof (the water will splash around with the pets drinking it), its about the same as when the regular bowl is used. The tray prevents large spills and there are no splashing sounds from the water hitting the tray.The pump is so quiet you won’t notice it unless you tried.

Super quiet and sleek waterer
Simple yet sleek fountain waterer. Itās made of a lightweight plastic but once filled with water thatās where your heaviness will come in, so it cannot be knocked into or rolled over. Right out of the box, follow the directions on rinsing the filters and parts, fill, plug in and itās ready. The water feature is amazingly quiet and the blue indicator light is very soft and subtle. The instructions do mention to replace the filter pieces every one to three weeks yet it does not include an extra set nor does it give you additional website info on ordering these items (I guess just do the search on Amazon).

Water flow is quiet
Water flow is quiet, the light isn’t too bright, easy to set up and clean, functions as a good water fountain for cats and small dogs.My cats took a little while to get used to this one as their previous fountain had white top to it, this one is all black so I recommend if you have a cat that has eye sight issues go with the lighter fountain color. The blue glowing LED that shows the water level is actually very low so it’s not causing too much light in a dark room. I have so far haven’t really heard it sound wise and it holds water very well for such a small base.

Cat water bowl
I was worried about my catsā water intake. I noticed they were always trying to get at the faucet water. So I tried this! They seem to like it. The water moves nicely, not too fast, not too slow. It has a large water holding area, so it should last awhile before being needed to refill. There are a couple different filters to keep the water clean. Itās easy to put together, and east to take apart to clean. It functions well as an alternative to the cats getting at the faucet.

Approved by the cats and the wife
My wife was always frustrated with how dirty the catsā water bowls get. This is the perfect answer. It is as quiet as claimed. It took the cats a few days to get used to it, but theyāve accepted it. I havenāt gotten their direct feedback yet, since they can’t talk, but theyāre using it. Weāve got three cats, and the reservoir holds enough for about a week. No mess, no fuss. Everybodyās happy with this fountain.

Update: Leaking… trying to figure it out before I can officially say what the exact problem is – so far, all I can say is all the water leaked out over the time frame of one night! Watch out for the cord and electrical area!This Kastty 3.5L/118 oz Quiet Cat Water Fountain delivers! It works quietly, the cats use it, and it’s attractive too. The gray looks nice, but the black would also go great with home decor. The cost seemed worth its value and I would absolutely consider ordering another one for a different part of the house.
