Perfect fit for my dog.
This pet carrier is the perfect fit for my 13 lb. Cavachon. I tried the other carrier from Petsfit that was a bit smaller but he looked too cramped in it. The bottom is very sturdy for carrying him & the attached interior leash is much longer than the previous carrier so he has plenty of room to turn around & lay down comfortably. Only thing that I would improve on would be for the carry handles to have a Velcro attachment to keep both handles together while using the double handles. Shoulder strap does not have any padding but it works perfectly for me and is comfortable. I also love that the top opening is so large which makes it easier to get Axel inside the carrier. He does not like going in through the side openings which collapses when it is fully unzipped. It keeps its shape perfectly when all zipped up but does not when one of the sides are unzipped. I still like this one best after trying 6 other carriers. Thank goodness for free returns with Amazon! We haven’t used it on the airline (Southwest) yet and I will update my review after we take our trip next month.

It said that the bed was washable and you can take it off the plastic thing but I washed it and it shrunk significantly it was extremely difficult to get it back on the base because it was way too tight and things were ripping as I was trying to put it on. Then when I finally pulled it up it didn’t reach the whole base. One of the selling points for me was that it was washable so if that’s important to you I would avoid this product.Update: the seller did give me a full refund

We like this carrier! and so does our cat!
This size fits our 20 lb cat. She hates the hard sided carrier we have always used in the past. She was very difficult to put inside it however she likes this one and goes in with a struggle. This carrier would easily work of a small dog. It’s soft but also quite strudy and I like the openings and carring straps. She can look outside through the mesh which I believe helps. The fabric seems be an easy clean.

Sturdy and roomy
This carrier is perfect for my big heavy cat! He’s 12lbs and loves to stretch out so he was very difficult to measure, he can be as little as 16″ long or as long as 22″… I guess he’s made of some sort of liquid or something. But he fits perfectly in the carrier and he actually loves it!! If I leave it open he’ll go right inside and hang out, and if he’s closed out of it he cries for me to open it for him.It’s nice and sturdy, the frame is actually so sturdy that I can’t squish it down at all so I hope it isn’t too tall to fit under an airline seat. I was worried the mesh looked too soft and thin in the pictures and he does have some serious claws, but the mesh actually feels fairly firm and sturdy to the touch. He’s tested it out with his claws and so far he’s done no damage.The only thing I would change about this carrier is that I’d prefer the bottom to actually Velcro or zip into the carrier. My other pet carrier has the bottom velcroed in and this one just sits freely inside the carrier, and I could see him lifting it up easily. But overall I still give it 5 stars!

Listed dimensions are inaccurate
I’ve been flying with my dog on United for a few years now, and Ive been looking for a carrier that has more breathability as she always gets hot under the seat, so I ordered this for our flight today because of the 5 sides of mesh. Upon receiving the carrier, it does appear to be well-made and much more ventilated that the carrier I’ve been using for her, but I immediately noticed how much taller it is than the one I’ve been using for years, and also how much shorter it was in length. So I decided to measure it, and this carrier has completely different measurements than those shown on this product listing? I ordered the medium carrier and it measures at 11.8 inches high, 11.8 inches wide, and only 16 inches long…? So I’m super bummed because United airlines approved measurements are 11x11x18, and they have been very strict lately about in-cabin pets. If this carrier was accurately sized according to this product listing, it would be amazing. But I’m still going to try to fly with it today and hopefully United let’s me through, I’ll be bringing my old carrier as backup, as that’s how apparent the size difference is. I won’t be surprised if United notices how tall it looks and decides to measure it themselves, fingers crossed they don’t.

I cant even put this away so this is in my living room like a little house for her. She loves it so much and feels so safe inside it that even tho she has tons of beds and an amazing castle…. she likes to nap here. If i try to put it away she will run into it as a way to make me put it back (even if I’m just moving it to clean the space under it lol).It’s super sturdy, and it does not collapse but it’s soft and the material is of excellent quality. I’m so happy with this purchase.

This is a nicely crafted cat carrier. Our newly adopted kitten enjoyed being transported in it, however I have 2 items to note for future purchasers:1. The instructions can be slightly confusing, it will be easier to put it together intuitively.2. There is no top access, I wish I had noticed prior to ordering but that is the only design flaw. It works very well otherwise but it would have been a nice touch.

I really like everything about this carrier. It’s nice and light, I love the shoulder strap and it’s a good size because there is not too much room but just enough to turn around and keep watching everything around him through the mesh material (which is my favorite part of the carrier). As you see in the picture my kitty will go inside and sleep inside on the nice soft black material on the bottom of the carrier which is removable by the way. I have no comment yet about folding it up because we use the carrier everyday so I don’t fold it up. I showed my Mom and my Sister and they both want one so I am about to order two more!
