Poor Quality
Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Product and Poor QualityI recently purchased this GPS tracker based on its advertised features, but I am incredibly disappointed with what I received. The product is highly misleading and fails to deliver on even its most basic promises.Firstly, the instructions provided are vague, incomplete, and confusing. It took hours just to figure out how to insert the SIM card, and even then, the device failed to power on or function properly. Nowhere in the product description was it clearly stated that the tracker requires a SIM card AND a paid monthly subscription in order to work. This is a major omission and feels intentionally deceptive.Secondly, the build quality of the product is absolutely terrible. It feels cheap and flimsy, and it literally fell apart after a short test on my car. The device could not hold its position or maintain connection, rendering it completely useless for tracking purposes.Most importantly, the activation process is a nightmare. I was forced to create an account and provide a credit card before even being able to test the unit — something that was never mentioned before purchase. I feel tricked into a system that is designed to extract hidden fees rather than deliver value.I would strongly advise others to stay away from this product. It’s not just a waste of time and money — it borders on a scam. I’ve already requested a full refund and will be reporting this seller to both Amazon and the Better Business Bureau. Products like this should not be allowed to remain listed without clear disclosure and quality control.

Guys, the equipment not come in with the SIM CARD included, you need to insert a simcard of some phone company in your country, the dispositive need a simcard activated, without balance or data plan, just activated. Because the simcard will be the transponder for the satellital source. Is not neccesary a special simcard. Once the simcard and the GPS powered you can see the location in the app. The interface is simple but could be better.rgds

Terrible product, very inaccurate GPS. Showing me in Hong Kong when I’m in the USA, Florida. No voice recording as indicated in ad. Very disappointed.
