As my cats have aged, I worried about them being comfortable at night when the weather is cold but also didnāt want to turn my thermostat up to 75 and live in a sauna! If you put your hand under the cat while they have been laying on it, you can feel the warmth.

Very good quality, padding is good, and my cats love it. Thereās always a fur kid laying on it and itās holding up well. The pad is odor free, but know that there is a subtle ācrinkleā sound when handled but doesnāt bother the cats. Definitely will buy another!

Purchased for my Bengal who loves to be warm. Had high hopes for this but sadly it doesnāt keep much warmth. Wouldnāt waste your money on this like I did. Iāve used electric pads and other blankets and this sadly isnāt great. Yes itās soft and a good size, but in terms of heat, there isnāt much.

4th and 5th orders: came in as described; my girls love them and so do I. These blankets are well constructed and wash well. I use gentle cycle and hang to dry and they are just as soft and thick after laundering. I would recommend these blankets.3rd order: I ordered another Self Heating bloat blanket but this one came with the noises backing that I do not like.My return request was approved, However; the return label is directed to an individual and needs to go by Canada Post which charges $17 (almost the item price)Looks like I will have to keep it even though itās not as described.2nd order: This item is very soft and well constructed. The backing fabric had been upgraded and is no longer noisey.I now have two pads, one for my in house kitties snd one for my outside kitties.1st order: not as described. Backing fabric is noisy and not soft. Will use for outdoor (feral community)

The product is flimsy. The silver reflective sheet doesnāt stay put, but gets scrunched up due to the outer being so lightweight. I took a gamble on it and lost. Do not recommend.

I bought this item for my neighbours cat and set it upon a chair in the garage to keep her warm. I put a thin blanket over top because she likes the texture and I did find that the heat still penetrated through that thin blanket and kept her warm. I recommend this product.Worth the money. Does not make noise and is soft. There is no smell to it at all.
