Time tested and Quality
Bought this product to place on the floor of an insulated cat house for our outdoor cats. Both cats instantly seem to like and use the product routinely, especially during the colder weather in Kentucky. The material is super soft on both sides and relatively easy to clean from the cat use, with a firm brush. The product heats up within in minutes as I have checked it after allowing my cats to lay on it for a minute or two, so the heat reflective material inside it definitely works and keeps our cats warm in the cold months. The size is about 18″ wide by 30″ long and made very well with durability in mind. I highly recommend this product and will purchase if or when this product wears out.

The Stray Cat Likes It
My son has been feeding the stray cat, that he has named Roscoe even though she was born female. and we laid this in her cat bed on the side of the house where we feed her and she loves to lay in it after she eats.This mat really came in handy during a real cold snap when the temps went down into the 20s and it snowed. She curled up on this and went to sleep. Any other time she would sleep under our 95 Chevy Geo Tracker we have on blocks out back. This was inexpensive, easy to clean (I usually just shake it like a rug), and fuzzy goodness.

Ordered 2 pack. One for my indoor cat and one for outdoor ferral cat that comes by. I found the one that is outside works great. The cat had no problem laying on it and it and soon discovered that it was warm. The other one, however, I believe was missing the heat reflector. It did not have the crinkle sound the 1st one did. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Thin but works!
Ordered the blue one in the smaller size. Works well for my cat tree and 10 year old cat. It does make a crinkle sound but my cat doesn’t mind it. It’s also pretty thin and very foldable but it works. The reverse side is also black not dark blue in the pictures.

I put this under my cats fluffy bed because our living room floor is over top the garage and the floor gets ice cold during the winter (living in a rental house and no carpeting in the LR) so hopefully this will keep the bottom of his bed warm when he snuggles in.

My 15 year old cat loves this mat! She sleeps on it all day curled up loving the warmth. Great for an older cat with poor circulation.

I have numerous self-warming mats for our cats, therefore I have experience with them.This product is a nice color blue. Material is soft and is very comfortable. It does make a significant noise whenever there is movement. Many of these mats make the same noise, so it didn’t bother my kitties at all. They are used to the krinking sound. It does do a good job of warming them up.What I feel is missing is the stitching that goes through all layers together. It is that stitching that keeps everything in place. Since this mat doesn’t have the stitching through both sides, the inner mylar/warming layer gets bunched up when being washed. Also, it makes for a slippery surface when the cat walks on it. I am sewing both sides together myself so it will hold everything in place. Sewing by hand is taking me a long time!Overall, this mat has some good things about it, but also has some negative points. Would I buy this specific mat again? Unfortunately, no I would not.

OMG!
Ok. My and I neighbor doesn’t know how it gets the heart, but it truly does, she has a cat almost as big as her lol. We don’t have carpet, so poor George was laying on the table and counter or her wheelchair which had towels. Anyway I got him one, He LOVES it, Seriously..Next month I’ll prob get him a couple more.I highly recommend these!I read the review of the person who bought these for strays!!! Bless you! And I also wanted to add when I bought my spoiled cat Merlin one 5 yrs ago it was 20$… So the price on this it just, absolutely worth every penny!!Highly suggest! And the fashion is very cool to, which will blend in everywhere.

I bought the medium size for Elsa’s cat bed. She has to be shaved twice a year due to her thick coat that is prone to matting. She helped me unwrap the package and was in her bed checking it out as soon as I set it up. She sleeps in it every night. It does retain her body heat. Prior to the blanket, she would sleep curled into my chest every night. Both of us are sleeping better.
