I knew as soon as I saw this throw that I would have to get it for my best friend who is a cat fancier. It is soft on both sides and decorated with a variety of cute felines. And just the right size to curl up under–with room to share with a cat or two.I have deducted a star because it is rather cheaply made. The illustrations are printed on the surface, not woven in. If you run a finger over the colored areas, you can see the white fibers underneath. Also, the edges are stitched in some places with white thread, in others with black for no apparent reason, and the hems are not all flat and even. I would have preferred better quality for a gift, but the kitties are cute.
