Disappointing
Initially, I thought this was going to be a great device. The no-subscription, SIM-free design, the compact size and the idea of using it without ongoing fees are very appealing. Setup was easy and the instructions were simple to follow. I downloaded the app and paired it to the tracker easily. In my case, the map in the app links to Apple Maps so you can get directions to the item you are tracking.BUT, the location tracking is unpredictable. While the locations it provides are pretty accurate, it will often lag behind showing a location. It will be several minutes or even hours behind in showing a location. Yet when I had it in our car with me, it showed real-time locations as we were driving down the road. It must be dependent on a Bluetooth enabled or similar device being nearby. All of this means that it is unreliable in delivering a real-time location. With an Apple Air Tag, at least I know I’m depending on someone with an iPhone to pass near the air tag.Great concept – mediocre execution.

It’s an okay locator, but not a true GPS tracker.
I picked this up to add a layer of security to my electric scooter, primarily because of the no-subscription model and the magnetic mount. The magnet is strong and attaches securely, and not having to deal with a SIM card or monthly fees was a huge plus.However, the functionality is where it falls a bit short. This device seems to operate more like a Bluetooth item finder than a real-time GPS tracker. It only updates the location when my phone is within a certain range. This is fine if I forget where I parked my scooter in a large area, but it wouldn’t be very helpful if it were actually stolen and moved far away. I’d only be able to see where it was the last time it was near me.The location accuracy is also just average. It gets me in the general vicinity but isn’t pinpoint precise. While the battery life is decent for its compact size, the limited tracking capability is a significant drawback.For the price, it’s a 3-star product. It works for very basic, short-range locating, but don’t expect it to function as a robust anti-theft system.

The appeal of not having a monthly subscription, is quickly slammed to a disappointing hault when you realize the app you have to use is not optimized well at all. It’ll track your phone more than the actual GPS tracker, not recommend

I wanted to keep track of my vehicle that I have to park outside just in case something happened. I got this and it shows up on GPS at my house but having issues getting it to work away from the house. I have the app but having some issues

Doesn’t work
Item looks like the picture but I could never get it to connect or function at all for long. It was spotty and not accurate. It didn’t seem secure and was so hard to set up and use. I would go with a more reliable name brand.
