What do I get with the Furbo Nanny Pro subscription?
The Furbo Dog Nanny Pro subscription adds real-time Smart Alerts like howling, activity, and home emergencies like fire alarm notifications on 1+ Furbo camera(s). You also get video history, Daily Diaries of your dog’s activities, and health trends.
How do I activate both cameras on one account?
Download the Furbo App and create an account. Then follow the steps to add each camera. Proceed to checkout and select your Pro plan. Note: Ensure both cameras are connected before selecting your subscription.
How does the app work when it connects with multiple cameras?
When you open your Furbo app, you will see a list of your cameras at the top. Click to the room you want to see or toggle between rooms in live view. Your videos and reports tabs will show content and data collected from all rooms throughout the day.
What are the best treats to use with my Furbo?
The Furbo 360º Dog camera has treat tossing functionality, while the Mini does not. We recommends using dry, firm, & round treats that are around 0.5in for best treat-toss results. See our Recommended Treats List online for specific recommendations.

Peace of Mind for Dog Parents!
I recently started leaving my dog home alone while I’m at work, so I added the Furbo 360° Dog Camera, and loved it so much that I’ve since added a Furbo 360 Mini as well. Having full coverage of my home now gives me so much reassurance throughout the day.The 360° rotation is smooth and responsive, the video quality is excellent, and the ability to check in, talk, and toss treats has become part of my daily routine. I love how easy the app is to use and how quickly it connects, even when I’m not on my home Wi-Fi.If I could suggest a couple of improvements, it would be amazing if the app could recognize specific people (similar to how some security cameras identify familiar faces) and if multiple Furbo devices could coordinate, for example, syncing views or sharing alerts between cameras automatically.Overall, though, this is an outstanding product that delivers exactly what it promises, peace of mind and a way to stay connected to your dog when you can’t be there. Highly recommended for any pet owner!

Love the combo of cameras and coverage!
I’m really happy with this camera setup — having both the mini and the 360 gives me such great coverage around my house. With the 360 I’m loving the treat toss (which is honestly my favorite feature). And the mini is compact and super easy to mount on the wall, so it’s out of the way but still gives me a great view of the room.You do need the Pro Subscription plan (around $7–8/month), but I think it’s totally worth it — especially for the home safety alerts. It can notify me when someone’s in my house, which gives me real peace of mind when I’m not home.Overall, I love this combo and feel like it gives me the perfect balance of pet interaction and home security. Definitely recommend!

Love this option to monitor my whole home and keep my pets safe. My cat is an absolute terror when left alone and it is nice to have the option to distract him with treats when he’s doing something he shouldn’t.The app was pretty easy to set up and toggling between the two cameras is very simple. I love the notifications on my phone letting me know when my cat or dog do something out of character. Noises aren’t really a concern for us, but glass breaking definitely is!Definitely recommend and will probably get a cat camera next!

Herbie the Corgi is adorable chaos, but Furbo helps
Got this for my new puppy, Herbie. He has lots of energy, is not potty trained, hates being alone… so we needed it.Setup was easy, app is clean, and switching between cams is smooth. Only thing to note: no USB power adapter included, but I had like 7 extras in a drawer anyway so not a big deal.The alerts for sound and motion are accurate. Treat dispenser works fine. I’ve used the audio feature a couple of times to say “noooo don’t chew that,” and it at least makes him pause and look confused. We still have some work to do.The subscription is great for the alerts and video history but I love the daily recap! It’s so fun. Overall pretty happy!
