What cat litter should I use?
We know that the litter box filters out clumping litter and retains it, so we recommend granular clumping litter rather than strips (strips or clumps won’t pass through the filter).
Why does the litter box make a mess inside after spinning?
Due to the type of litter, some cat litters are slow to clump, which can cause a mess if the litter box starts to spin. We recommend setting the cleanup time to 5-15 minutes after the cat comes out (you can set this in the mobile app).
Why has my litter box started spinning on its own and won’t stop?
When powered on initially, the device undergoes a 1 to 3-minute self-test. In addition, the litter box must be placed on a hard and flat ground. Do not place a blanket under it, which will cause the litter box to rotate abnormally.

Great automatic litter, always keep the room clean and no smell. Could be loud when rotating but it has a do not disturb mode which you can turn on for night.

Awesome Automatic Cat Loo
We JUST adopted a 7 year old cat, āFoggyā we were told about an automated cat litter box, so the search was on. We looked at about 10 or so different options, after much research we settled here. We got the box and Foggy started using it immediately. There is very little odor, but after using the deodorize feature there is none. The self clean feature is great as it cleans after each use. I have not the empty feature yet, but if it works like the rest of the box itās going to be GREAT. Thank you for an amazing product

Not worth it.
Did not like. Still had to scoop litter left behind chunks of pee and poop. When it shifts it makes a mess with the litter. The auto button is hsrd to turn on and App wont connect to litter box. Directons aren’t good and there is a random white piece that comes with it no instructions on where it goes and it don’t fit on to anything. Sending it back. Not happy with it at all. To much trouble. Ill just continue to scoop litter

I have had this for 3 weeks. So far, I am very impressed.Pros: It was easy to set up. I was able to connect it to my WiFi on the first try. It is easy to change / replace the bag. I find that I am using less litter. There is no odor so the clean/sterilization seems to be working.Cons: none so far

I got these and I have to say I didn’t expect to get so much in the box. The quality of the disposal bags are perfect as they are lightly scented to help reduce the smell. They fit my cat litter box perfectly and I have enough now for months to come. Definitely recommend this.
