Really nice
I just received this vest and tried it on my girl. Fits beautifully and love the color. Easy to get on and off. It seems to be very well made. My husband even said how nice it looked. That’s big! She wasn’t bothered by it, especially after we did a lot of ooohhing and aaaaahhhhing with claps and exclamations of how pretty she looked. I am going to try it out during our morning walk tomorrow. She gets so hot even with frequent water breaks so fingers crossed this vest will make a difference. It will be immediately obvious. Unless it’s an absolute disappointment this is a keeper.UPDATE: This worked so well! We were in the southwest during the recent extreme hot weather and this kept my girl nice and cool. She was able to go outside without panting and feeling overheated. As the instructions suggested, I put it in the refrigerator after wetting it down and that seemed to really help. I definitely recommend this cool coat.Definitely recommend this cool coat!

My Bernese mountain dog appreciates this when we hike in the heat. Becomes heavier than I expected when wet however and seems to slide down one side more. It does keep him more comfortable in direct sun because his fur is black.

This definitely works! My Krewe Dog is not used to the Hot outdoor Cali weather!! He is a total A/C kinda guy!! This cooling vest, how the young kids say these daysā¦CAME IN CLUTCH!!! I put a water bottle filled with water in the fridge for about an hour. Then right before we went for our walk, I poured the water on the underside of the vest as well as the upper and wrung out the excess water. It was easy to put on him. Slip it over his head then literally just snap the sides in on each side. We walked for about 30-45mins, the temp outside at the time was 98F. The vest remained cool to the touch and he did not seem to overheat once. He actually enjoyed his walk and now looks forward to going on the daily walks in the Cali Heat!! Definitely Recommend for your furry loved one!

So my dog is kind of a long girl this bigger harness had longer straps but the back wasn’t any longer it wouldn’t fasten behind the chest and as a result it bunched up around the neck. Definitely not ideal. We returned it. No strap adjustment could fix it.

Product worked great, but was too short and tight around the neck. My measurements according to their measurements, it should have fit Will buy a larger size. Sizes go from large in which I purchased to an extra extra large, which was too large. Extra large would have been perfect.
