Amazing and effective!
This is the only cat litter mat I will purchase! It is amazing and then some. Such durability and it effectively traps all litter that may find its way out of the box. I got the grey one so I can’t even see the trapped litter which is a plus. To clean it I usually take it outside to shake it really good for a while because again this thing traps the litter good, or I’ll vacuum it. The material is also liquid friendly so you can spray it with whatever cleaning product and wipe it down easily. It’s large enough for the box I have and comes in a variety of sizes. It comes rolled and compressed however when you unravel it, it lays flat almost instantly it doesnt maintain that annoying crease or roll spot in it, and it isnt sticky or smelly. Very happy that i found this product. This is the second one I’ve gotten from them the first one was just years old so I wanted a new one

Works well if your cat plays litter hockey.
I keep my cat’s litter box in a spare bathroom inside a bathtub (with tape over the drain of the tub!) because I hate having litter on the floor that naturally gets tracked out by his paws. I have had other litter catchers before. They didn’t really do much. My cat takes great joy in playing his favorite hobby, litter hockey. Occasionally he will also play litter baseball and tee off from the first hole in litter golf. He even occasionally goes for the 3 pointer in litter basketball. I got tired of sweeping the tub and the floor three times a day, so on a whim, I got this mat. Wow, a litter mat that actually works. Whatever design this is, it really traps the litter. I had other ones where you had to pick it up and empty out the insides. This one, just roll it up and take it outside and shake it, or even empty it right back into the litter box. I am very happy with this mat and I recommend it.

Best mat I’ve had, and usually I don’t have one.
I bought the Jumbo Gorilla Grip mat which came to about $65.00. We have 3 cats – 2 older females and a 6-month old male who just got neutered, who all stay inside our apartment. I bought a good enclosure for their large litter box, and decided to invest the money in a good mat go under. The litter is much more contained than ever before. I was done with making do with inferior things (like using a big Amazon box for an enclosure). I feel much better that I have quality products for our cats. The 4-star rating is for the visible scratch/chew marks on the borders. Probably done by our rambunctious male kitten. He’ll settle down eventually, but it was a surprise. I’ve had the mat for 2 months. It’s good for the litter, but not so much for the teeth and claws of a growing kitten. Recommend with reservations.

Good quality, traps litter, good size.
I definitely recommend getting this for your litter box. No matter what kind of box you have, no matter how clean your cat is I swear they all flock litter out or track it out when coming out. This really does trap a lot of litter as you can see by my picture. I did think it was a little pricey, but it’s worth your sanity. I didn’t notice it having a smell, and it never smells like cat pee or anything. I just shake it out into a trash bin when I am emptying litter box. I think it’s a good size. I do have an XL litter box, and I have this pulled forward some so only about half the litter box is actually on the mat.

This mat is doing an excellent job controlling the amount of cat litter tracked out of the box, for our 2 cats. It’s capturing about 95-98% of the litter from their paws. The liter box is in our bathroom and the little bits drove me crazy, but no more they are virtually gone!Despite all the comments about the odor, I didn’t notice that strong of an odor, they do recommend airing it outside first, but I didn’t need to. Also the curling of the edges, they recommended how to solve that problem, so I followed the directions they suggested and zero issues with the rolling issues. Overall this is a very well made well functioning mat, my husband and I are completely impressed with it. I highly recommend this and we might buy another in case this one ever wears out, although I doubt it will, it is a good thickness and seems very well made. Well done Gorilla Grip!

Recommend, cat-approved
Good size option for my use, unobtrusive design, and the price was right. It’s large enough to contain any spills, lightweight enough I can handle it easily, even with some tendon issues. I use an open, high sided litter box and with my current cat crew, the spill is small. This should catch it. The mat laid flat on opening and a shallow fold crease should disappear in time. I don’t detect any odor from it. The cats inspected it thoroughly and don’t have any objections to its presence. You know how they can be.

Depends on your cat!
My cat tore a big hole in the mat in less than 3 months. The mat is really thin and not very durable. It’s somewhat easy to clean, but my vacuum can’t get the litter trapped deep in the netting.This is a pretty well recommended mat, but I think whether it works really depends on your cat.

Large Mat
This is a huge mat. It is a bit larger than two XL litter boxes. I bought these type of mats before and they greatly help reduce the spread of litter everywhere. It’s just that I have a cat that likes to try to shred the litter mats but this material has held up pretty well. I got this on sale for $15 ? Usually sizes for 35×23 are about $30-40.

This is the second one of these litter mats that I’ve purchased. They work great and are large enough to keep the mess limited to a small space. Also really easy to pick up and dump off any litter that lands on it.
