Perfect for picky kitties
We have one cat who drinks only from the bathroom sink, which requires a human to turn on the faucet. She has a history of urinary problems as a result of not having a human available every time she’s thirsty. We have three other automatic cat fountains she refuses to touch. But she loved this one before it even had water in it. We had a hard time just getting the top on because she wanted to drink from the tank. The water spout looks like the one on our bathroom sink, not the cutesy flowery spouts that most have. She loves the fact that the water turns on when she gets close and it’s more reliable than her humans. She loves it so much that she won’t allow the other two cats to even get close to it. I love it because it’s all stainless steel and. the tank lifts off the base for easy cleaning. Although we have to scoop the litter box more frequently now, we really love that she is becoming healthier. Maybe we can do away the monthly vet bills now and buy more cat toys! Seriously this is a quality fountain and with the extra filters, is a great buy. Much cheaper than one trip to the vet!

The sound is soft, more like a quiet trickle—kind of peaceful, actually. The stainless steel is easy to clean and doesn’t hold smells like plastic ones do.Water stays fresh longer, and I’m refilling it less often. As long as I keep it topped up and rinse it out once in a while, it runs steady. My cat seems to be drinking more now, which is the main thing.

Does Not Keep Water Clean
I had high hopes for this fountain; what a disappointment. This is the third fountain I have tried. This fountain DOES NOT clean or keep the water clean. See picture, after only a couple of days the water is all dirty and cloudy from my cat putting her feet in it. If I don’t empty and clean the unit every couple of days, it is undrinkable. The filter system on this unit is not tight or sealed and allows dirty water to cycle past the cleaning unit.

Nice one! Recommended! The sensor is good. when the cat got closer to it, the water pump work out. The battery is good, U don’t need charge it long time, just 20 minutes it will work one week! It is beautiful design, especially during the night!
