Great for the right purpose
FIRST, I’ve seen a fair number of reviews citing how flimsy this carrier is. Yes, it is too flimsy IF you intend to physically lift and carry an animal in this carrier, especially if the animal is a heavy one. Also, several say that it’s good for car rides, but it still could be crushed if it and surrounding objects are not properly secured.THAT SAID, I STILL think this set is intended more for travel once you reach your destination away from home (it folds up compactly inside its own bag making it super easy to travel with this). I got this specifically to offer my cat a litterbox option for use in a hotel stay. It worked perfectly and kept the litter inside the “condo” beautifully. The matching extra collapsible silicone bowl and cat toy were much appreciated. The toy is designed so well, I feel safe in saying it is of a much higher quality than ones I’ve purchased in pet stores in the past. I really loved the toy’s design, collapsibility, and durability.SUGGESTIONS: I would also add a compact matching cat litter scooper/sifter shovel with this set. I also think it could be even better if there were two collapsible silicone bowls in the set — one for food, one for water, or wet & dry food. There’s plenty of room in the small carrying bag to hold everything when folded/collapsed, even if you add the two suggestions. LOVE this set.

Excellent Kitty or Small Dog carrier – especially for two animals
LOVE this carrier! While not for air transport, for vehicle or motor home, it’s perfect! AND when not in use, as it’s a “pop up” carrier… it compacts down into a small travel bag – with everything inside it even! Looks even better than the photos shown, thus I didnt feel the need to post any of my own.3 sides open up (just roll up and secure with the attached Velcro) so there is plenty of air flow, large spacious interior that will accommodate two smaller pets – tho designed for cats, two small cat sized dogs would also fit.I also have this sitting open when not in use traveling, to provide a cozy “cave” for my kitty. Plus as we are getting ready to travel a lot, I want the cat to get use to being inside the space. Again, the small dogs we have in the household tend to use it more than the cat does – so deff small dog approved!Come with everything you need to vehicle travel with your cat.. including a portable litter box! If you have one cat, the litter box could actually fit inside the crate, for two cats, the litter box will easily fit in the floorboard of the back seat of your vehicle. Of course, being portable, means that where ever you stop to stay, you have the necessary litter box! When not in use, it folds up and goes right back in the travel bag!If you camp a lot like we do, it’s also a nice way to bring kitty along and let them hang outside with you and remain safe and obviously, not wander off…Now, on a more negative side (for some maybe, tho not myself) if you are putting this in the back seat of a car, it will probably take up the majority of the back seat (width and depth) – but your pet will still ride easily in it once you get it inside.For me, this is not the type of carrier that I would put the pet inside, and then carry out to the vehicle/location etc.. I would place the carrier and then hold the cat/carry the cat TO the carrier and put inside. Tho I’ve not tried putting the cat inside and carrying… it is quite long and you’d need a decent armspan to hold the two top handles and carry.. would be unwieldy I feel.But for what I needed – cost effective, versatile, spacious interior – this couldn’t be more perfect!!

Great product all around!!
This was AMAZING for my 1900 mile drive with my cat! It was HUGE. Could easily fit 3 cats but my boy is pampered so I got him the big one. He was happy as a clam!! It is a little bigger than half your backseat (I have a sedan) but still room for a suitcase or duffel in the backseat. The travel litter box is compact and can be stored easily! Also, the play wand it came with was a HUGE HIT. by far my cats favorite wand now! He drags it to me and demands to be played with 😆 PSA. it is a little weak at the bottom. I had a different carrier to transport him in and out of hotels with!!! But its an 11/ 10 for me!!

Good, but not versatile
Overall, it did what I needed it to do. It’s spacious and comfy for our move to Alaska, which was a 7 day drive. The accessories are great too. I have a small, very young, cat so he has plenty of space to romp around a bit without bugging me.The seatbelts security straps were the whole reason I bought it. Driving to Alaska in the winter, I didn’t want an aerokitty if I slid on ice.Cons: It’s not “stable” or sturdy. If I put the cat in there and lifted it the cat would sink and wobble and feel extra anxious and the litterbox would tip over. I had to put in a plastic kennel floor to create stability. Especially when needing to carry the thing into a hotel.Additionally, when my cat gets a little playful he’ll cause the carrier to collapse. It’s made of a thin wire frame. I also built a cheap plastic frame to stop this.It’s also made of a thin plastic-type fabric. and the windows are a soft mesh. My cat didn’t mess with it and I clipped his nails prior to the move but he could tear through this easily. I reccomend some typenof safety clip to prevent the cat from maneuvering the zipper open.The security straps for the seatbelt are also only on one side. Since entrance door is also on one side, this limits where I can put the carrier in my SUV with my back seats partially down. My car would require the condo door right against car door. I feel like this limits me from accessing the inside while in the car or limits the space I can ultimately use in my car. The “seatbelt” straps should be on both sides for versatility.Overall it worked. But if we move this long distance again I’ll probably look for something more versatile and sturdy. If they make some inprovements I would spend the extra money for it.

Great Travel Cat space!
It’s wonderful, easy to pack and unpack, litter box is very easy to clean/wash out. Very durable too. Make sure to latch the zippers on top with the hook our kitty could open it if we didn’t.
