Crystal clear video
I’m really happy with this pet camera, first off the quality of the video is crystal clear, and when placed in ‘window mode’ for my turtle, it covers exactly where I want to watch her. But, I’m still undecided on where to place it, so for now, it’s monitoring my outdoor heated cat house for the 2 strays that seem to have taken a liking to my garden.Best feature has got to be the wireless ability. Love that I can place it anywhere I want for a period of time without worrying about whether or not the cord is long enough. The metal square can be used to stabilize the regular mount to a thin barrier (like an acrylic door in my case). At first, I had trouble popping the camera out of the window mount it arrived in, but once I did it a few times, I had no trouble with it. The regular mount is another story. I cannot for the life of me get it off now that I have put it on lol. The camera also came with (2) 3m adhesive pieces to use with either mount for permanent positioning. Once I decide where my camera will find its forever home, those will definitely be used. The app functions well, and I like that I can also use my micro sd card instead of having to use their optional cloud storage that you pay for (.99 cents/month).The price at first seemed a little high for a security camera, I wondered what would make it worth more than one of my WYZE v4 cameras. But, after receiving it and experiencing all the features and quality of it, I believe it’s well worth its value. I’d recommend this if you’re looking for a window camera for your aquariums or terrariums. Especially if you would benefit fro a wireless camera!
