Excellent product and great customer service!
This is an excellent product with excellent customer service. I don’t usually do reviews but I thought I believe this one warrants one. My old rescue dog drinks water all day and night and loves this fountain and I had it for almost a year when the pump stopped. I was so disappointed because it stopped before a year. I read reviews this was a possibility but took the risk because of how quiet and how nice the light and flow of the fountain was. When the pump stopped working, I reached out to the customer service rep and with no problem right away I was replied to and a new pump was sent out to me within a few days and the fountain is back up and running, and my dog is the happiest dog to have his fountain back up and running and the fountain is quiet again and running just like I bought it yesterday. This is honestly one of the best companies I have worked with and I am so grateful for them and the service and product. The durability of the product has never been an issue and the design is excellent. I would highly recommend this product to anybody. They even enjoyed a picture of my senior dog.

Silence is golden
It definitely is quite. I hear nothing. I had to check that it’s still was actually working. I love it. My cat wasn’t too sure about it at first, but she uses it now no problem. I like that I can see how much she drinks per day. And, she hasn’t splashed any of the water out of it. She used to wake me up splashing her water all over out of her regular water bowl to get a drink. None of that happens anymore. What a relief. A good night sleep.

Not colorful
I am a little disappointed because I specifically chose this fountain based on the colors shown in the picture. The description said it is colorful and based on the picture, it is colorful. But, in reality, it is only blue (towards the back, not all over). I guess it will turn red when it runs out of water. Otherwise, it is very quiet and one of our cats has started drinking out of it. Our other cat is a little wary of it. So, I have put away the other water bowls and put the fountain in the place where they were. I expect they will both enjoy having fresh water all the time. We have only had this fountain for a few days.

Great quiet drinking fountain!
This just what we were looking for. It works very well. Even though it is for cats my little dog loves the running fountain & the height. She has trouble drinking out of lower bowls. Very easy to set up & use.

Supuuurb Product!
I ordered this product in 2022 and it was purrfect! The motor lasted for 3 years in constant use and I decided it was time for a fresh one. This one now has a measuring bit on the side and it is still so pawesomly quiet. I will buy this again if anything happens to the new one I just purchased.

Don’t waste your money!
Just buy your cats a stainless steel fountain. These plastic fountains don’t do the job. You realize how bad the plastic ones are, after seeing how filthy they get. When you buy a stainless steel one, you will see the difference. Sick of cleaning a slimy cat fountain once a week? I was, and I am sure my cat didn’t like drinking from it. No slime with the new stainless steel fountain I bought. Now my cat has clean fresh water all the time. I highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase this item.

NOT MOTION ACTIVATED AND RUNS CONSTANTLY.
I love everything about this water fountain, EXCEPT it runs all of the time (I thought it was motion activated, and it DOES NOT run off of batteries. It is very quiet which I like. The dark water tray makes it difficult to see the water bubbling. I had a previous Kastty which I loved. It was perfect (silver water tray, battery operated and motion activated), but Kastty discontinued it! So sad.

I’ve went through 3 fountains and my cats will not drink from any other bowl but a fountain the other fountains I bought in the past all broke down with in 3 months I’ve had this one for 1/12 years and it’s awesome doesn’t get slimy easy to clean and never breaks down the pump is the best and strong

This is the third time I bought the fountain. Its silent, easy to clean and i think its a nice looking design.I only needed another pump since the last one is very weak, but thats another time thing.
