Cat seems to like it and so do I!
We previously had used a plastic litterbox that we got from Petco and after several years it was getting pretty rank even after a cleaning, so I figured a stainless steel one would be the way to go. Boy was it. This is so much nicer in every way. It’s far larger in every dimension which my cat seems to appreciate, and way easier to clean out. The little ramp thing that they include is similarly easy to clean and seemed like it would be good for when he gets a bit older. My only complaints if I had to voice them would be that they don’t have a way to plug the hole on the top, and the size of the holes in the scooper. My cat doesn’t like using the top hole either to get in or out so having it there is slightly inconvenient. The holes in the scooper are a bit too wide with the litter that I use (naturally fresh walnut), such that I have to go back with the plastic scooper after the fact to grab some of the litter. But honestly those are pretty minor complaints, and I would definitely purchase this again.

Perfect litter box wait for a sale!
I liked the quality of the litter box. The box itself self is high and takes up a decent amount of floor space double check where you want to put it and read the measurements before your purchase. The top half is plastic and the bottom half is metal. It is twice easy to clean at the end of the month and due to the space it is easy to use to metal scooper. I did not pay full price wait for a sale that is when you get the full value of your money.

Don’t hesitate to buy.
The money you’ll spend on this thing is worth it. We use Arm and Hammer slide cat litter for this box and the up keep is sooo easy. It’s the easiest box to clean, and it’s perfect size. A little bigger than most cat boxes, but the litter box is a perfect match for me.We used to have an issue with the cats urinating all of the house because of low quality plastic boxes, that would retain the stench. As soon as bought this our issue was fixed and i didn’t have this issue no longer. It doesn’t hold stench or get defaced as easy. Plus the accessories are a very nice touch and help out a lot. Virtually no mess on my floor no stench.I removed the door flap because the cats aren’t used to it. They were hesitant at first to used it, and then they decided to sit in it. I wasn’t sure if they were gonna use it and sure enough they did. Will definitely be buying another one of these to replace the last plastic box i got. The money spent is so worthwhile. Would give it a ten star if i could. Very pleased.

Great Litter Box!
Stainless steel is amazing! This litter box doesn’t retain smells like plastic. I love the options of how to use this litter box. It’s great that I can lock the door so that cats use the top opening but my dog can’t reach her head in for “treats.” So gross.I also really appreciate the size. One of my fur babies is almost 15 lbs and can use this box without having to hang his head out the opening.The accessories that it comes with are great additions and add value. In my opinion, the litter-trapping mat is the best accessory. It is much larger than any mat I have had in the past and does a great job of helping to keep the tracking down.

Awesome Box!
Absolutely LOVE these litter boxes! The scoop has big slats, so we couldn’t really use it for our cats, but that wasn’t my main reason for purchasing this box. We have 4 cats, the smallest is only 6 pounds and the largest is 17, and they all can use it just fine. The 17 pound Savannah appreciates the hole to stick out of the top while he does his biz. The catch does a nice job of snagging the extra litter in their toes (when they actually step on it). With the plastic litter boxes, we have terrible smells, but have found none with this stainless steel one, which is why we’ve bought more to replace our other plastic boxes. These are pricey, but VERY worth it!!!

Stuff doesn’t stick to and in stainless pan.
With clumps easily keeps smells away., but clumps need daily removal as they fill up fast. I bought an air filter, but I don’t really need it. Level out ‘gravel’ then sprinkle on a layer of fresh to keep smells trapped below. I fill and sprinkle from a quart sized container (box too heavy and large) which is all you need need daily.I never have to dump out the pan. 20 lbs lasts for several weeks. That makes it more valuable the more you use it.Size: I have two cats and keep up with them easily. Scoop for a couple of minutes when cleaning up the area in the morning – but do clean up daily! Did I say “easy to clean!”Rubber and plastic are sticky for clumps, and smells soak in and accumulate. Stainless doesn’t stink! Hooray

Mismatch parts
The liter box looks great but the top I got is for a smaller version than the one I have. I do not want to return it I want a new top that fits. So the item on Amazon says return or replace but it only offers return no mention of fixing item.
