Fluoride in product
In the description it doesn’t share that there is fluoride in the product. I’d rather not give my dog extra fluoride when she already gets it in her water via the city. Too much fluoride is unsafe for animals. If it isn’t safe for children I doubt it is for my dog.

Dental Plus for Dog Dental Water Additive (8 Ounces)
I ordered the Dental Plus Dog Dental Water Additive, and I have been using it for several days. The product has a strong scent, but I only use one or two sprays in the water bowl, and my dogs have not shown any reluctance to drink their water. I prefer the spray bottle format over the traditional pour-in additives. It allows for better control, especially since this formula is concentrated. Other dental additives I have used required pouring without a measuring cup, which made it easy to accidentally use too much.This product does contain fluoride. I noticed another reviewer mention this as a concern, but with the spray bottle design, the amount dispensed is small. Unless someone is spraying a large amount directly into the bowl, it is unlikely to be excessive. With one or two sprays, I have not observed any issues. I have been using it with both of my dogs: a small terrier mix under twenty pounds and a black Labrador puppy around fifty pounds.The eight-ounce bottle is smaller than some competing products, but the usage amount is also significantly lower because of the spray application. Dental water additives are usually priced between twenty and thirty dollars for eight to sixteen ounces, and larger bottles ranging from thirty-two to forty-three ounces are often thirty to thirty-five dollars. At 17.99 dollars, this product is inexpensive compared to similar options, and the controlled application makes it more efficient.So far, I have had a positive experience with the product, and both dogs have tolerated it well.

Not odorless
It may be fine for some dogs, but mine is suspicious of everything and there’s menthol in the list of ingredients so i can smell it. My dog wouldn’t touch his bowl. I only sprayed 2-3 very light, misty sprays. Can’t tell you if it works.

seems like mouth wash and smells clean.
Smells like typical mouth wash so a clean scent nothing over powering or perfumy. I cant comment on the taste obviously. Good amount comes in the bottle. A fair amount of mispelled words on the box and very simple bottle logo so its obvious it is foreign and doesnt scream that it has great quality control or has gone through tons of refinement. So if spell check wasn’t done im not expecting 3rd party testing to be done on a mouth wash so take that for what it is worth. I will update further if we notice a difference in our dogs breath.

Fresh Breath Finally!
I have been using this water additive for a few days and already I notice a dramatic difference in my dog’s breath! She is a young lab and her teeth are in fairly good condition so I haven’t notice any changes in her teeth color yet. That might start to show after consistent use for a couple of week, but the breath is a good indicator for me that something is working! It’s not going to add a minty scent or anything to your dog’s breath, it will still smell like a dog but not be offensive anymore. My lab does not have a sensitive stomach so this didn’t affect her digestive system at all. She was a little wary at first of her water but still drank it all down. At first sight, you will be skeptical of the size but a little bit goes a long away! I’m guessing it will last a month or more!

Product cautions – “ not for internal use and cannot be swallowed”
A product to add to your pets drinking water has a caution that reads- cannot be swallowed! Really! A water additive that cannot be swallowed? Maybe I’ll use as an air freshener! It does smell nice, despite being advertised as odorless. Oh, and it comes in a spray bottle, despite directions stating to add one teaspoon. I’d avoid this product!

Simple and easy to use dental care
It’s an easier way to keep my dog’s breath under control. It is odorless and flavorless. I just add the recommended amount into the water bowl. My pets don’t mind it and drink the water fine. I find it much easier than trying to brush their teeth. If you want a low-effort way to support your pet’s dental health, this is a solid pick.
