Easy to set up and affordable.
This camera is great quality and immediately notifies me when there is activity, which is the most important aspect for me. It took me about 5 minutes to take out of box, plug in, download app, and connect the camera to wifi and my app. The quality is clear and microphone works just fine. Monthly subscription is fair price as well.

Great product!
It’s a minimally priced camera that is relatively small, and can be placed inconspicuously or in full view. If I were wanting professional equipment to guard my home, I would invest in such and leave this to those not willing to spend the thousands required for state-of-the-art home security. I live in an apartment building where many people in the main office have access to master keys and have the capability to enter premises at random such as pest control, HVAC/fire extinguisher inspections, or other general maintenance concerns. This camera’s purpose serves as a simple indicator and warning when I’m out of my apartment, and so far has worked as advertised.I bought this with low expectations for the price, and was surprised with its capabilities. This is a initial review, and am wary that in a few months like others have reported that it will cease functioning to force me into a sub-fee. I’ll revisit the rating should this happen.1. This is a Chinese-made camera and because of that, expect it will have some function where it sends footage/audio back to the company-owned cloud (and ultimately the Chinese government via proxy). There are some ratings that discuss those specifics for DIY system monitoring. If you use TikTok or affiliate apps, you need not concern yourself with this minor impact on your life! I set it near a simple RF scanner for some time while it was powered off after connecting for the first time and I didn’t find any hits–expect the camera to send your images/audio to the cloud for that purpose (probably only while its powered on). It generates a lot of heat and can be easily spotted through a thermal camera which is a downside for concealment and gives initial concern over the battery’s potential lifespan.2. I purchased a 128 GB micro-USB drive for about $15 separately as it doesn’t come with one and it is needed to properly function. The set-up helped format the drive, and the painless process took about 60 seconds. I pointed it at my TV from about 20 feet away (~7m), and monitored the video from afar, which was clean, and only a few minor latency issues–not a concern for my use. The audio came in at a low volume and was only intermittently captured (also a non-issue).3. I connected the camera to a spare phone’s hotspot as I’m wary of directly connecting the camera to my gateway (router/modem).4. Setup for me was not painful and took about 2-3 minutes. I spent more time thinking of usernames and passwords than on setting up the hardware! There is a point in setup where I was told to hold the camera 4″ away from the phone while it creates a 90’s reminiscent dial-up sound. I setup the camera twice, and while the first time took what seemed like forever (I constantly moved the camera around expecting a faster connection), the second time worked in about 5 seconds.5. For $35 I received: a small, dark-black box-looking device that is relatively easy to conceal and for a little time to set-up, a well-rounded and current view of my entrance, living room and kitchen at the touch of finger on my phone no matter how far I go (with an additional micro-usb purchase). No, I didn’t expect this device to provide a full array of thermal and 4th gen color night vision, complimented by LIDAR with acoustic and pressure/vibration/scent sensing and to throw 360 degree treats at my pets and entertain my kids because reality. I expected it to behave and function exactly as if it were found in the electronics bin at the local Lidl grocery store fully embedded with Chinese-spyware to let me know if someone entered my abode while I’m away, and so far I am not disappointed.

Great little camera! Clarity is great, easy to set up!
Great little camera, works well in low light and full light. This was very easy to set up. I chose not to do cloud and save to SD card (not included) very easy. You can schedule recording times when you need and easily change the dates and times you want to save on SD card. I have on my phone app and can view at anytime which is great!Clarity of recording is great. It is a small but has a great view angle and could be placed just about anywhere.

This camera works very well, was actually pretty surprised of how clear the image is.Set up was SO easy, took me like 5 min to di it all and everything works very well.Notifications work even if I am out of home, sensor detector work great, and the battery is lasting!! I’ve had it active for almost 3 weeks, and it’s at 75i%!!I previously had a different camera from a different brand and I remeber it was such a pain in the ass to set, battery was dead affter like 4-5 days and overall was not working. This one is so good, honnestly loving it. I waited almost a month after my purchase to be sure of how it is working and I love it.One thing a bit bothering but honestly not that much for me : night vision isn’t the greatest, still clear image but not the best.But overall, VERY satisfied, and I will absolutely purchase again.
