Sturdy, compact, low can be short or long end, but grid & backsplash only configured for short end
Great litter box for our 6wk old foster kittens.We usually start with one short end pushed down to create a low entry for the kittens, then as they get comfortable with using it that way, I raise the low end so all 4 sides are high and keep the splash guard and the grid attached.Just a mention that the grid snaps in place with little pins that insert into holes that are in the edge of the pan. My grid came with one of the pins snapped off. I had foster kittens to pick up in a few days, so I didn’t want to take the time to return and order another one. Even with that one pin snapped off, the grid still stays in place because the splash guard piece snaps on top of it and holds it in place.It is alternatively possible to push one of the long ends down instead and have that be the low entry side, but the grid and splash guard are shaped to only work with a short end as a low side. The only way to use it with a long end as the low side, is if you don’t use the grid or splash guard.The pan is sturdy and doesn’t flop or collapse even when the kittens climb or stand on the backsplash. It also keeps its shape when I lift it and carry it by just one side (don’t have to use 2 hands to support it).Being that I’m using this for foster kittens and it’s not a permanent fixture in my home, I also appreciate that it collapses for compact storing between kittens.I have 2 of these and that’s super helpful because I can have one ready with fresh litter every morning when it’s time for a clean out. Instead of pulling the used box out and leaving them with nothing to use while I clean it, I get a clean one filled and ready then just take the used box out, and immediately replace it with the new clean box. Especially in the first several days when they’re still getting used to a new environment, this way they are never left without a box to use – – – even if it is for just several minutes.The material is sturdy and cleans up well and easily – – – either using wipes or washing out. We use only a shallow layer of litter for the kittens and they scratch through the litter through to the pan when they cover their waste, but I’ve yet to see any visible damage or scratch marks.I am using my own long handled metal scoop, but this does also come with a small plastic litter scoop and a hanging spot that is built into the back side of the pan.Overall, this is a very convenient and durable small-ish litter pan for kittens, smaller adult cat, or adult cat with mobility restrictions.

Great litter box!
Wonderful litter box! I’ve been using this inside an XL Dog crate that my kitten is confined in while he recovers from being neutered.I would like to make note that there are several slots around the edge of this box. One slot is for the small scooper to hang on, and the others are for the grate to clip into.As a tip- if you’re using this as a temporary recovery box for a cat, I would suggest removing the grate and also using the slot for the scoop as mounting points for the cage. I zip tied the box into place, because my cat was dumping it over & making a huge mess in the cage. This does require me to crawl into the cage to clean it, but I would honestly rather do that than pull out the tray and refill the litter box 10 times a day.This box is worth every penny. It’s portable, closes up to a compact size, easy to clean, perfect depth- it gets the job done! I also like that you can adjust the height a bit, depending on your cats needs.Highly Recommended!

Bought this for kittens to start litter training and the kittens did very well. It can be collapsed lower for ease of getting in and out. As they got bigger I opened it all the way. I like that it had the little scooper hook (and scooper). It clean very easily and made of very good quality. Easy to collapse to take on trips.

Not for kicker cats!
Really good… provided your cat doesn’t kick around their litter like mine does 😅 It may be too shallow if you’re hoping for something that absolutely won’t spill at all, but otherwise a good cheap alternative if your cat is actually well behaved lol!

Good litter box for kittens
A good starter litter box for kittens. I got this for my four kittens that were 3 to 4 weeks when I got them. I had the upper settled litter back high and then push down the other side lower to make it easier for the kittens to climb in and out. It’s a good size for two small kittens or one regular size cat. But four kittens trying to go to the restroom at the same time not so much. It does retain smell after a while. Even with regular cleanings. I ended up changing to a metal litter box after a couple weeks.

Fit for purpose, and reasonably priced!
I had to put one of my cats in solitary confinement for two weeks after a big surgical procedure. This was great to have in my office where I kept her. Small, but big enough for her to use comfortably. They guard around the sides is great, and the little scoop that hooks onto the side kept me from having to carry a scoop from room to room. Since it’s collapsible, it’s now sanitized and under my sink in case I ever need to use it again.

The most amazing litter box for kittens!!
We found 5 newborn kittens in our garage that the mother never came back for so I’ve been busy with bottle feeding. We had them kept in a playpen and as soon as they really started moving around and exploring things, I bought this litter box. I pushed down one of the long sides until it was almost flat and let me tell you! Easiest litter training EVER! They were very comfortable with getting in and out and litter trained themselves very quickly and easily. Now they are bigger and have complete access to our Great room, I purchased another. Both of these are lowered on a short side to keep the litter in. I do use the removable grate piece to help knock the litter off their feet. These have been an absolute blessing! The plastic and silicone band clean up very easily. Made very well

Best beginner box for littles
Perfect collapsible end for the one pound babies learning to use a box. I fist lined it with a puppy pad then advanced to pine pellets until the foster kittens are old enough for litter. Keeping one end collapsed for easy entry and gradually raise until it’s full size all around. I purchased two for my foster kittens without room and love them!!

good as a portable litter box, can push down short ends of container for easier access for smaller amimals, the only thing i will say it is not a recommended litter for small animals with a disability in their rear legs or spine as the ends do not go down far enough, have a rabbit with a rear lame leg and she kept getting it caught on the end.
