Great Litter Collars for longer Haired Pups
Our Golden Retriever Puppies have longer hair that covers over the narrow little nylon collars I had bought, and so we needed a wider collar that could hold the hair down allowing us to see the color on each pup. This is important because all Golden Pups look the same & the colored collars become our way of recognizing who is who, and definitely is important when a customer puts a deposit on a pup, that customer wants a way to know he will ultimately get the puppy he chose. These collars do take a bit more fiddling to put them on the pups, and the pups do go after the collar ends, but the identification outweighs these little inconveniences. If we let our female have another litter we will definitely be buying these in small & medium.

Great Buy!! Good Product!!
Bought for litter of puppies I was fostering. These puppies were Cur/GSD and were around 35 lbs by the time we got them adopted at around 14 weeks old; and were on the last notch. It made it easy to work with the colors when people wanted to ask questions or when vetting they could refer to the color of the collar. These were also strong enough to get them through leash training. We did have to on a few occasions assign a new color for 2 or three of the pups due to a sibling chewing their collars off while playing in the kennel. So lucky we had extra.
