HOW TO USE
1: Read entire box prior to use. Remove collar from box and bag inside. Remove and discard the inner nylon strip by pulling on the round tab on the inner side of the collar. 2: Fasten the collar around pet’s neck. Be sure two fingers fit between the collar and neck. 3: Trim excess length of collar beyond the buckle, leaving a couple inches to hold onto when you’re ready to remove the collar. 4: Replace collar every 4 months or as needed. 5: Flea & Tick Collar is water resistant, not waterproof. Remove the collar for bathtime or extended swims, and put it back on afterward. NOTE: This product does not treat an active infestation. It helps prevent one. If you have an active infestation or you would like added layers of protection, use Flea & Tick Collar with: Flea & Tick Shampoo, Flea & Tick Pets + Home, and Flea & Tick Yard + Garden. Do not use Wondercide Flea & Tick Collar with Flea & Tick Spot On. Choose one or the other as your added layer of protection and use one of them with Flea & Tick Pets + Home spray on your pet for protection. NOTE: SIZE Fits a minimum of a 9.5″ neck and up to a 21″ neck. Please measure your dog’s neck prior to ordering. NOTE: This product contains peppermint oil. Consult a medical professional before using products containing peppermint oil during pregnancy or nursing. If there is irritation on skin, rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. If irritation persists, call doctor for treatment advice. Not helpful at all, save your $
I love the Wondercide Sprays and have used for over 4 years. I thought I would be on top of things and get this for my dog. This product did not work at all. It had a mild to moderate peppermint smell which I do not mind. The good smell is where it ended. I used a flea comb and thinking this actually provided some level of coverage I backed off on the daily spray or multiple time a day spray. I was so wrong to not use the spray. My dog had several, and I mean several fleas on her that I located and removed with a flea comb. One flea was actually by the collar, alive and thriving. This was the biggest waste of money and time for a purchase this year. It has caused me so much extra work to clear of fleas and I wish I had not trusted it to work. I cannot imagine selling this product and sleeping at night knowing I am just taking someone’s money who trusted me. I have used the shampoo which is great and the spray but this collar was just throwing $19.99 + tax in the garbage. Please, save your money and time and do not waste it on this. I have a female Rottweiler who weighs 94lbs. This product, a complete waste as an add-on to our regime and definitely not a replacement for the spray.

Keeps ticks away!
This is one of the first flea, tick, and mosquito collars that has kept ticks off our dog! In the past we’ve tried other collars and our dog would still have multiple ticks. (We live in the back woods) we’ve tried topical tick treatments but never liked all the possible harmful side effects. Since using it we’ve only found 1 tick in the four months of wear making it the most effective collar we’ve used! We mainly got this collor to keep off ticks but the flea and mosquito repellents is an added bonus!All the ingredients in this collar are from natural of oil and no artificial colors, dyes, or fragrances. The cederwood and peppermint oil gives a nice natural smell without being over powering. Another great feature is that it’s waterproof. My dogs go in water much besides when we go to the lake but I like that I don’t have to take it off.You can choose from the cat or dog size depending on your pet. Your able to adjust the size of the collar to fit comfortably on your pet. Our dog is a blue heeler around 40 pounds. It could definitely fit a smaller or larger dog because of the adjustable buckle. Here the the actual measurements:dogs (up to 21″ neck) and cats (up to 13″ neck)I find this collar very affordable at only $19.95 and will last up to 4 months. Meaning. For only $60 a year I can keep my dog almost tick free! Definitely worth it!

Seems to work but comes apart
I got one for each of my three dogs. They’ve worn them for just over a month – including 4 days at a rural boarding facility/horse ranch. I had expected fleas because of the huge field they had to play in. But they came home flea-free; I check them regularly with a flea comb. Only thing is, it has two parts – the collar that fastens and a thinner treated strip that I think is supposed to be attached to the inside of the collar. But when I unrolled the collar to put it on, the treated strip separated and I applied several strips of duct tape to hold it together (thus only 4 stars). I like that this is a natural repellant. They have peppermint and rosemary; I avoided the rosemary because several people in groups I follow said rosemary can be toxic to dogs. At first, the peppermint scent was a little overwhelming (to me) but the dogs didn’t seem to mind. They’re supposed to work for 3 months. My pups have no fleas, so I’ll buy these collars again – even if I have to tape them together.

I can not control what’s in the woods, but I can what’s on my property. I will give it thought to try the yard stuff for my property.If the Flea & Tick Collar isn’t repelling all the fleas or ticks, you may be in an area with high pest pressure. In these cases, Flea & Tick Pets + Home is a great added layer of protection that will do the trick.Wondercide Collar repels but doesn’t kill fleas or ticks. If you have an active flea infestation, start with a flea & Tick bath to kill the pests that are already present. Consider layering protection with Wondercide Flea & Tick Pets + Home and Flea & Tick Yard + Garden (if you have a yard) as directed. The Collar can be used on your pet while you get an infestation under control and for ongoing repellency.I’m trying to be more natural for my dogs. I’ve used the pills from the vet, topical, so on. I have a older bernese who had a severe reaction to those. Bumps, swollen in places, he had such a bad reaction on his face and almost scratched a hole in his cheek due to that stuff. So I’m trying to be more natural with my newest puppy.This collar doesn’t fully work, not as effective. I am pulling ticks off my dog left and right.

Best All Natural Flea & Tick Protection
The only flea & tick prevention I’ve used for my dogs for the past 5 years. Refuse to use the chemical drops or prescriptions given all of the side effects and have no regrets. Love the all-natural ingredients and fresh smell.

Not worth the money
My dog very suddenly got fleas. Not sure if we had a stray animal come through our yard or what but they came kind of out of nowhere. We’ve lived at our house for 9 years and fleas have never been an issue. But a couple of weeks ago I found fleas on him. Picked a bunch off. Did a flea bath and capstar and picked the rest off. For the most part no more signs. Continued capstar for a few days and added this collar. We also had an our yard retreated during this time and laundered everything possible , vacuumed the rest, and diatomaceous earth on the couch. After stopping the capstar, the fleas are back. The collar is basically doing nothing at all. I will say the fleas are maybe “slower” than normal fleas, they’re easier to pick off and not as jumpy. So maybe that’s the collars doing, but definitely not preventing them from getting on him. I picked 20 off of him again last night. I personally wouldn’t waste the money on this again.
