It’s not as tough as I thought.. or maybe it is🤔
My 2yr old Nova is a pit mix and she plays really hard with her toys. So I’ve been trying to find something she can have for awhile. Nothing is safe!When we received this chicken my initial thought was “wow, this is a HEAVY toy there’s ABSOLUTELY NO WAY she will be able to destroy it…It had no face in 2 days. 🤣Its been 9 days since we received it…pics and video was taken right before I made this review today.She loves squeaky toys and since she’s still a pup it took a minute for her to figure out how to make it squeak the size of it and heaviness were probably a factor. But, when she held it in her mouth right near the tail she realized she can walk with it and squeak it at the same time… now that’s what she does!!It’s a great toy for the price, and everything else I’ve bought her haven’t made it to a week… and the chicken is still standing!!! I gave it 5 Stars still because Its a great toy… its not it’s fault it met it’s match in Nova.I have to get a video of her playing fetch with her ball and how she carries the chicken to go fetch the ball, puts the chicken down to get the ball, bring it to me then go back and get her chicken.In the video, the stringy mess next to her is her 7th rope toy… they do not last, but she loves them so I keep buying them and if I put that in the trash.. she goes to get it so whatever.My absolute favorite part about the chicken is that after a few mins she’s off to sleep (last photo) and when this one stops working… ima buy another one.

Durable and dogs loved it!
My dogs are OBSESSED with this toy. They are very heavy chewers and it has given them so many hours of relaxing chewing. The shape of it helps too, as they can easily hold it by the tail and chew on it. Definitely going to repurchase this one.

Sturdy, squeaker is not too annoying
This toy is heavy and made of very thick rubber with harder plastic for the head and tail. Our dog loved it immediately. The eyes haven’t lasted 2 days, that paint has already chipped off, but otherwise it’s a good sturdy toy.

Funniest dog toy ever!!
I waited a week to review it. This rooster so so so funny! It has the loudest squeek I’ve ever heard! My 10 month old lab retriever mix loves it. He normally Chews through his toys by now. This one is holding ip incredibly well. I am actually very surprised he hasn’t torn it apart yet. He loves it, he’s an aggressive chewer, this is still in one peice. Lol

These toys are really good to use for my aggressive chewers. They keep my dogs busy for hours. Now they will get sharpe after a while and you will need to replace it. They do squeak and are chewable for an aggressive dog.

He could care less
My pup is not a fan and not a foe of this. He has picked it up, chewed on it for 4 minutes and it has been on the floor for more than 5 days with no attention given to it. I have a Boxer and strong jaws require strong toys. This seems to be strong with the hard head and tail and rubbery body, but it is heavy. The squeaker will take some effort from your dog to make a noise because I tried to squeeze it myself and it took a huge amount of pressure to even get a single squeak. At this point it is just something on the floor for me to trip on. It is cute, but not worth it.

Perfect for aggressive chewers
Ok we have the whole lot of these. My dogs are super chewers who destroy all soft toys and other. We have all the ones in this grouping and they have been a hit. Super strong great quality. They are actually pretty heavy. I was not expecting that but they are solid. We have two in each room of the house and some outside. We always keep them on hand. The dogs love them !!

Le jouet semble effectivement très résistant et surtout mon chien joue volontiers avec celui-ci.Il est cependant assez lourd et j’avoue ne pas être serin lorsque je l’entends tombé sur le carrelage ^^’.La partie central est comprimable pour produire le son du jouet, les deux extrémité sont quand à elles extrêmement dure et c’est d’ailleurs là ou l’on peux voir les coups de dents de mon chien.Après si l’on regarde la fiche technique du jouet c’est tout à fait normal et surtout le fabricant à indiqué que lorsque les coups serait dangereux pour le chien ( bord saillant) il était possible de passé un coup de lime.Bref pour le moment je le trouve extrêmes top et visiblement mon chien valide lui aussi 😉

If anyone’s looking for toys that are not easy to destroy, these toys are great. I’ve got two year old puppies that chew a lot and a very large dog that chews these toys, and they are all still going weeks after buying, with limited chew marks on them!
