Regular Replacement : The filter of the pet water fountain needs to be replaced every 4 weeks. (Hot weather tends to breed mosquitoes, please replace the carbon filter every 2 weeks), and replace the foam filter every two months to keep the water fresh.

Nice Fountain/Great Seller
This is a nice little fountain for my cats. I have two cats and to have a fountain is a must for me. This fountain usually last 5 days before having to clean and refill. I have had it for 6 months now and it is still working great. There is no assembly and it is easy to clean. I must mention that the Seller reached out to me a few weeks ago wanting to send me a new battery. I thought at first this was somebody trying to spam me. It wasn’t. They didn’t explain why, but simply wanted to send me a new battery to replace the old one. I am assuming that there was a defect in the old one and appreciated that the Seller reached out to send me a new one at their expense. If something is wrong with it, I wouldn’t have known. So I appreciate this Seller and with a few email communications with them, they were very helpful and courteous. I would definitely buy from this seller again and hope that this fountain last for a long time.

This is an excellent fountain for 2 cats – highly recommend!
We have 2 cats, and this fountain is a great size for them. The fountain works well and is easy to assemble and, more importantly, clean. The LED lights which indicate the water level are nice and bright, so it easily helps me see at a glance when the water needs to be refilled. You do have to keep an eye on the battery lights to determine when it needs to be charged. The charge lasts quite a while, so it can be easy to forget that it is dead. I’ve made it a habit to charge the battery while I’m refilling and cleaning the fountain, so the cats are less likely to be without flowing water during the day. I haven’t found any leaking with this fountain. If water gets spilled, it’s generally because the power wasn’t turned off before it was refilled.

Fantastic pet water fountain!!
* It is almost exactly 1 year to the day that we purchased the unit and that the battery finally died.* It’s a great product. You can get replacement filters and replacement battery (I just ordered the battery: 1 day delivery).* Our kitty is accustomed to the fountain activating when he approaches. When it doesn’t, he meows and I know it’s time to plug in and charge or add water.* The light is blue when activated, or turns red when water level is low.Fabulous product for when we need to keep kitty hydrated when we have to be away for a day or 2.~ Thanks!

My kitty LOVES this product & so do I!
I got this item in late November 2023 & so far its been working as advertised. I decided to plug the fountain into a wall outlet so I could set it to run constantly as unit has to be plugged into wall outlet to use ‘constant’ setting. Unit also has ‘motion sensor’ & ‘intermittent’ settings that can be used with rechargeable battery . The filter is very sensitive; indicator lights up to replace filter when I used it for only about 2 weeks. I inspected filter & there was a tiny piece of kitty food on it. Once I removed particle of food, I placed filter back in water fountain & filter indicator light turned off.This kitty water fountain is VERY EASY to set up, clean (includes cleaning tools & instructions) & the flowing water makes very little to no noise, for anyone who has cat(s) who don’t like the sound of running water, like my cat, but it doesn’t bother her at all! The low-light, deep blue illumination of the water container is PERFECT to see at night so no one accidently kicks it!I already purchased new filters too which are reasonably priced.Overall, I’m quite happy with this kitty fountain. I highly recommend it!

Dog only uses this bowl
My goldendoodle is too funny. This is my third try to find a bowl which cause less drips and he’ll use. Can-t explain it, but this one I’ll keep using.

Water refill easy and 3-4 days
The filters are a little pricey but the fountain is a better design as I had the metal water tray before and didn’t last where this unit will last a lot longer. Good for dogs and cats. One 65lb dog water will last 3-4 days before refilling

Great!
I love this and my cat uses it constantly. Used to have her pushing water bowl and spilling all the time. She sometimes plays in this but I put a Ver heavy dish next to it w a little water and she can’t spill or move and she plays w her paw in that one and Drinks out of the fountain. I love that it is rechargeable and lasts about a week. Was a great price. I bought another one for upstairs (a different brand) and not pleased with the charger u have to pull everything out (wet) to charge. This one u just pull of the charging unit and pop back on. But of course clean it. I also love the light when u walk by. It’s like a night light for me.

The best decision I ever made
The Functionality is perfect!,water level indicator, functionality lights, are bright enough to understand and want is needed” like changing the filter, fill the water fountains,or clean it”. out of the box super easy to understand, in my opinion it’s so quiet (only hear water flowing which does not bother me) the manual is so informative and, oh wow it’s a breeze to clean and set up. I love so much and filter are so affordable…..

The battery lasts sooo long and my cats love it. Definitely a must
