This Thing Really Works!
I ordered this and had NO expectations at all…Wow! this air broom is a beast on tile, on wood, on low pile rugs. This guy picks up particles my vacuum left behind. So- 5 stars because it really gets the job done. Sometimes grabbing the vacuum and unwinding the cord and plugging it in just to pick up some crumbs, or a spill, or gravel is just a pain. Grab your air broom instead- I love this thing.Now the CONS- The broom arrives in a square box and does require some assembly- the instructions are ok, but mostly pictorial. It did take me a little longer to assemble it than I thought it would. Two parts that screw together were tricky (I thought the screw threads were backwards) they weren’t, but it took some finesse to screw the parts together. The broom part (the bottom) is really tough to get on, it snaps on and I am pretty sure it won’t be coming undone. The broom has a telescoping feature to make it taller. I tried it out, but it doesn’t want to stay locked-so it collapses down again. Not a big deal for me.The broom needs to be hung up to store and cannot be used outside at all.Considering the cons this broom is still a great and effective addition to my cleaning arsenal. It’s lightweight, it works and it can be cleaned easily with water. I would definitely buy it again and recommend to others.

I chose the Helio Air Broom over the others because it came with the hand held broom and I thought it would fit under my entertainment center, a space hard to clean. It’s fine dust I’m going after. It fits and it works. I have all hard floors now and I like this better than a dry cloth flat mop that leaves some dirt behind. It is rather flimsy but you don’t have to strong arm it to get it to work. I’m very happy and would recommend it .

Quick confession – this is my third one of these. The complaints about engineering deficiencies and a weak broom stick are true. Watch the pressure on these babies. They will break – hence the loss of a star. That being said, there is a reason I keep buying them. They do a great job getting into all those hard to reach areas (ie under/behind fridges). The broom is also amazing if you have pets – tackling pet hair like a champ. It’s so light weight – it is weirdly fun to sweep with. The squeegee really grabs pet hair, and the addition of the hand ‘brush’ and dustpan is a nice bonus.I hadn’t thought about some of the other messes this broom could tackle – but since there were some claims on the box, I thought I’d test them out. For example – it does sweep up water – though it wouldn’t be the first tool I’d turn to for wet messes. I also used the hand broom on my windows. It works just as well – and may be more ergonomically comfortable for glass cleaning tasks – than my official glass squeegee.For me – despite the handle issue, this is a keeper.

I love this broom. It takes the fur and dirt of my rugs like no other broom i’ve ever owned. It’s addictive using it.My problem is it’s So poorly made. You have to constantly stop and tighten the handle. It falls apart multiple times during sweeping.

Quick emergency cleanup
I purchased this for mom, she’s been seeing the tv ads and was curious how well this actually works. As my luck would have, the other evening I managed to drop our large metal tin filled with dog kibble and it went everywhere! Luckily no story short the small squeegee had that mess cleaned up in just minutes. I’m sold! Seemed a little pricy initially, not so now. Good quality for the monies.

Broom is flimsy, I can see why other people commented it “broke”. It is a different way of sweeping. It does do a good job of picking up debris and dust, but you do have to be easy with it. My complaints are; the handle will not stay tightened, so it collapses and I am constantly having to tighten it up again. The way the dust pan is cut at a angle is not user friendly. I just use my old dust pan. The mini head for pet hair is worth the price for the whole kit! I can vacuum, use a lint roller and then use this and it scrapes up a ton of pet hair.
