Works great for both LR4 and regular litter box
I bought these at the same time I bought replacement filters for my Litter Robot 4. I wasn’t sure if or how they would work with the LR4, but found other reviewers who said to use them in place of the filter. I left the filter out and placed three of the six packets inside the filter space and they fit perfectly. I’ve had them in there for about 4-5 weeks and they’re working wonderfully. No smells!Unexpectedly, we had to take in our daughter’s cat while she’s out of state and her cat has a regular litter box in an enclosed cabinet. Despite scooping it daily, it was still starting to smell. One day after cleaning the box and cabinet, I added one of these little packets and once again – no smells!These little deodorizers are so easy to just stick in the filter space or near the litter box and they work like a champ. And getting six packets will last several months so it’s a good value for the price. I will be buying these again.

Amazing Difference!!!
I have a litter box with a top and an open doorway under a table in a craft room. Strong odors were often too horrid for me to work in that room. I tried a diffuser and the little bamboo diffuser sticks that sit in scented liquid and allow the scent to travel up and out of the sticks. I cleaned the box every other day, changed to a more expensive litter and sprayed the room with Febreeze every time my cat did his business, who by the way never learned the concept of burying his contributions to the box. Trust me, I have even taken the lid off and buried his litter donations myself and still waited several minutes before being able to tolerate cleaning the box.Then I bought 1 little pouch and vented plastic holder and with a magnet I attached it on a table leg right outside the litter box “doorway.” Now I can sit in that room all day if I want without the Febreeze and other than the cat exiting the litter box I would have no idea that he just did his business. I can now go several days without cleaning the box and the room smells just as fresh. Personally I think these little pouches are amazing and far more effective than the charcoal pads that originally came with the box. Now I subscribe to 6 of them at a time so I always have a new one available when it’s time to change. These little bags are worth their weight in gold!

Works most of the time.
Most of the time it feels like it works to lower the smells but once in a while it doesn’t help. Yes, I replace them often but sometimes when kitty makes a stinky poopy, there is just no stopping the stank after the cycle. I may try to double them up and see if that helps along with the carbon filter.That said, these are super easy to use, small, and a good value most of the time. My poor cat has gotten old and stinky. It’s a tough draw to try to fight that.

Does not seem to work as well as the original litter robot resin packets. Yes it’s less expensive but I think that’s because they don’t have all the same ingredients. I’m not buying it again.

Perfect for Helping with Litter Box Odors
I’ve been using the refills with my litter robot, and the difference is remarkable.Installation is straightforward –> just place a pack in the litter robot filter pocket. Each pack lasts about two weeks.They are not the cheapest filters, but definitely work great and worth the price.I recommend as they take one of the less pleasing parts of owning a cat and help to neutralize it.
