Perfect for small pets!
We use this litter box for our pet rats. I love the grate over the “litter”. My only feedback is I wish they sold the larger litter box with the wire grate as a single box and not a two pack, we just need one more but only option is the 2-pack. We love this though and will continue to use for all pets in the future. The wire grate is perfect so they do not dig in the soiled litter.

A must have for buns
I am a first-time bun owner with a young. I didn’t know what to expect when litter training a bunny. I bought this two pack of litter boxes and really like their functionality. They’re a little smaller than I expected, but they work well. We add some absorbent paper litter and hay. Stays odor free for days.

Best for bunny
Perfect size for med bunny. Bunny stays clean. Keeps litter away. Metal grate gets rusty though.

Durable
I really like this tray…have 2 of them. My guinea pigs like to do their “bussiness” on their hay pile. I started using this tray under the hay pile that way their “bussiness” seeps through. I use paper bedding under the rack. It’s easy to clean and has proven durable. It has an attachment system built in and although it doesn’t work for my cage (All Living Things® Guinea Pig Home & Play Pen Habitat) I was able to use opened up paper clips to attach to the cage. I have 2 piggies in separate cages using them and they work great.

Updated review: decreased material quality, now unsafe for rats
Updated review:I dropped my rating from 4 to 1 star because the quality has tanked, and the grate is now a safety risk for rats. Older versions of these litterboxes were sturdy and lasted years, with no rust or paint chipping off the grates. But the newer ones start flaking within a month and the plastic gets discolored too. I thought I just got a defective pair at first, but after replacing them twice, I know the overall quality has decreased. I haven’t changed how I use or clean them, so it’s clear they’ve switched to cheaper materials—really disappointing, especially considering the price.I no longer recommend these, as they are unsafe for rats. Rust and chipping are bad for their feet and make thorough cleaning harder, which could affect their respiratory health. I’ve trusted Ware for a long time and bought tons of supplies from them over the years, but I won’t buy from them again unless they reverse course and start making quality products again.Old review: These are good for rats. The white ledge part traps urine underneath so you have to make sure to soak it in vinegar and scrub every week. Other than that they work well and are sturdy. The clips help a little bit but if you have curious or destructive rats, they’ll figure out how to detach it in about a minute. But my rats are chill and it hasn’t been an issue so no complaints. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the price has nearly doubled($30?!) in the last year or so. I know inflation or whatever but that’s a bit much.

buy when price is right, great product
I am using these with my rats. i love the grate in these vs the ones i got from the pet store that dont have a grate. it keeps the litter and poops inside the pan instead of it getting kicked around. it also i think helps keep the animals cleaner since they aren’t having to walk on the dirty litter / poops. I got these when they where 14.99 for the 2pack. great price. but somtimes they are over 20$ for the two pack, which then its cheaper to buy the single packages that are averagly 10$ each.

Hard to clean, front breaks after awhile
Overall, I am still using it after a year, so that’s something. It is a litter box so the coming completely clean isn’t a huge deal, but would prefer something more nonstick on the bottom inside. The grate is great for keeping the bunny out of the grate.I have two Dutch rabbits. And they are a little small for them as adults. Got a larger one that doesn’t fill daily. But keep this as a second option and it’s okay. The front did break after about 6 months. No evidence of chewed off, just broke the plastic I think. That piece is not necessary for the product. The anchors are a necessity! Keeps buns from flipping it over.

Best bunny potty
I’ve tried several bunny potties and thus one is by far the best! Easy to clean, perfect size for a large bunny house. Highly recommended!!
