We have 5 Dalmatians that are very high energy dogs. We don’t use them daily, just when we’re going to be gone for a few hours and have to crate them. They like the taste and think they’re getting treats. It makes them sleepy and definitely works.

Works great for anxious dogs!
My dog gets anxious during storms and when we leave the house. These calming chews worked surprisingly fast — within about 30 minutes he was much more relaxed and calm. He also loves the taste, so no problem getting him to take it. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely order again!

Excellent product
Millie loves these treats and so do I. When we take long trips or if there’s a storm outside, I can give her a couple of these chews and it just calms her down. They work so well. I highly recommend them.

Effective but not the best smell
Doesn’t have the best smell. I believe that’s the reason my dog doesn’t gravitate towards it. I had to force her to take it but when she did I believe it helped her. She was calm and was lying down in no time. It is effective but the smell is not the best.

Really works for thunder & rain anxiety!
I have an English Bulldog and an American Shepherd who lose it every time it storms (shaking, panting, pacing). Gave each one a chew about 30–40 min before the rain hit and they both calmed down fast, laid down quietly and even slept through the thunder. They love the taste and no groggy side effects next day total game-changer. 🐶🌧️

Dogs Like the Taste But Limited Effectiveness for Severe Anxiety
We purchased these calming chews for our dogs, specifically for one who is terrified of fireworks and thunder. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing.Performance:While the chews seemed to settle her down slightly, the effect was minimal – not much improvement in her anxiety levels. We’re honestly not even sure they worked as well as other calming products we’ve tried in the past.Palatability:The dogs do seem to like the taste, which is a positive. At least getting them to take the chews wasn’t a struggle.Ingredients:The formula includes melatonin, chamomile, and passion flower, which are commonly used calming ingredients. The product is USA-made, which is reassuring for quality control.Pros:• Dogs like the taste• 120 treats provide good quantity• USA-made product• Natural ingredients (hemp, melatonin, chamomile)• Some very slight calming effectCons:• Not very effective for severe anxiety (fireworks, thunder)• Didn’t work as well as other products we’ve used• Questionable whether it made any real differenceBottom Line:If your dog has mild anxiety, these might be worth trying. However, for dogs with severe fear responses to fireworks and thunder like ours, these chews don’t provide sufficient relief. We’ve had better results with other calming products. The taste is good, but effectiveness is what matters most, and these fell short for our needs.

I get quite a lot of different soft chew products for my dog and it has become a bonding time for us to have me offer him different sets of such products as a treats when we come back from a walk. There is no way to tell for sure if such products really stand to their claimed benefits, so I will not make any comments on whether they work, but having a long list of ingredients with items that provide comfort to humans too is good.As most other similar products. it comes in a plastic jar which is stated to have 120 soft chews with a total weight of 360 grams.Of course, one of the important things with such products is that your dog accepting to receive them. Our dog likes them, but he is not a good frame of reference as he rarely rejects such items; he has come to see such soft chews as treats, so he actually expects to receive different soft chews after our walks.The product label clearly indicates that it was made in the USA. The price was not available at the time of writing, but my notes indicate that it was $20 CAD at the time of order and that is a good value for a 360-gram jar of soft chews.Overall, I cannot confirm the benefits, ingredients, or any of the claims, but I have seen no problems about it. Our dog liked it, and we were happy to feel that we were feeding him something useful. Getting 3 chews a day, he has now finished the whole jar and we did not observe any problems.

The advanced dog calming chews by Pawzitive Pets is just what I needed to help my dog with his separation anxiety. I have been home a lot over the last year which made my dog Gizmo used to having me around; so when I started being home less during the day, he was getting into mischief because of his separation anxiety and we have never crated him so I did not want to start crating him at the age of 12. Then I found these dog calming supplements and thought I would give them a try. I love that the chews are heart shaped reminding me that I am giving these to him because I love him and want him to be better. These are made in the United States and have been made in a FDA certified and registered facility. It took about 2 weeks before we saw a real change but now he is much calmer daily and I no longer come home anxious myself for what I may find. If you have a dog that suffers from anxiety you may want to give these z try, I am glad that I did.

My dogs prefer soft and chewy after-dinner treats, so on-occasion I use these heathy Hemp Calming Aid ( see photo ) soft chew supplements as thoroughly-enjoyed treats when the dogs may become stressed or anxious due to occasional environmental factors such as bathing, grooming, thunder, fireworks, seasonal hunters’ gunshots, or even smoke/gas detector alarms.The calming support of the hemp, chamomile and other healthy ingredients ( see photo ), as well as the stated industry approvals, are a welcome bonus. As someone who boards dogs, there are times when a dog will become anxious or stressed for whatever reason. Having treats that can help alleviate that stress is a must-have item. First, dogs seem to love the taste of these chews. They are made in the USA and are FDA certified, which gives me confidence that there isn’t anything in the chews that may harm the dogs. As for calming, the results have been mixed, with some dogs showing a visible difference and others not showing any changes. As with most products like this, results will vary. These chews have natural ingredients with no added chemicals or artificial ingredients. For those with dogs who exhibit stress or anxiety, these are definitely worth a try and chews I would recommend.

I decided to try these with my little shitzu and he loves the taste now I know he can only have one dog chew 30min roughly to a stressful environment situation like fireworks get him upset or thunderstorms so I give him one calming chew and he seems more relaxed and calm much better compared to if he didn’t get anything he would be running around trying to hide etc.. So this has worked on my little shitzu and am sure if your dog is stressed out about something or has anxiety then perhaps these hemp calming aid is something that might help, I am only talking from my own experience and my little one loves these and forget to mention he is a very picky and fussy eater but with these he just takes it and enjoys so yeah I recommend because Ir actually worked for me Cheers.
