Updated review:I messaged customer service about the humming. They promptly offered a refund or new product. After some troubleshooting on my end I opted for new product which they promptly sent. New fountain is perfect. No loud humming. They also offer a 2 year warranty. Highly recommend this fountain. The product support was excellent! Fountain is perfect for 3 large dogs and cats. Easy to fill and clean. No messes. Deep drinking area. Nice quality.Old review: This fountain hums very loudly. So much so that I can hear it in the next room. I cannot stand it and have reached out to customer service and am waiting to hear back to see if they have a solution before I return it. If the pump didn’t hum so loudly, I would love it. The size is perfect for my 3 large dogs and 4 cats (who also have their own fountain in their room). They all love the way the water flows. Will update if customer service has a solution for the irritating loud humming.

Great fountain and dogs drink a lot more often
My dogs love this and drink a lot more often too. I like that you can see when to fill it up and it’s very easy to put together and clean. The size is perfect for our two dogs and is very quiet. Stainless steel look great and the dish is deeper than my previous one.

Recommend oneisall
I have 2 smaller oneisall fountains for my cats and am very satisfied, thus the reason for sticking with this brand for my dog.That being said, this fountain is louder, both the pump and the fact that it bubbles so that is one reason for the 4 vs 5. My dog can hear a pin drop and I had to try several methods to get her adjusted to the sound. Another reason for the 4 is it is not motion sensitive like the smaller fountains so it runs continuously.Good Points:The quality of the fountain is excellent and the size is just right for her, she is 55 lb. Another good point to this stainless steel fountain is it has a large window and a blue light so you can easily view the water level and a red light comes on when level is too low. This was a must.I am very happy with my purchase.

Ease of use and ability to clean well.
I had to return the first one but it was NOT the supplier I blame Amazon because I have order and received items that were opened/worn before and Amazon sends them out as new. The first watering system was missing the filter tray. All that said I LOVE this system it’s easy to clean and it is fool proof i.e. it tells you when your water is low via colored lights. A++

Very nice filtered drinking water fountain for small to medium pets. I would recommend.
So far this water fountain works great. I’m using for 1 dog and two cats.This fountain is very sturdy, Made out of stainless steel sheet metal.The bottom tub holds a lot of water,The top tray has a cup and long water trough to drink out of.The light on the pump is very nice, It lets you know when the water is low the light will change colors from Blue to red.

Fountains Great… but can’t get filters for it. (Review since updated)
Updated Review (3 Stars):Customer service reached out to try and make things right. They confirmed there was a shortage of filters right now and that they were working as fast as possible to get them back in stock. They offered to send me a bunch free of charge as soon as they were able (which they claimed would hopefully be very soon). I stand by what I said in my original review: the fountain is great if not for the filter issue. Our dogs love it, and it certainly keeps the water cleaner. It is also not that hard to clean and maintain. Assuming you can get filters, it’s a great purchase. Hopefully, they streamline their filter production system better. For now, we simply can’t use the fountain until the filters are back in stock or get here.Original Review (1 Star):I was all ready to write a 4-5 star review for this fountain until I realized you can’t get replacement filters for it. Considering with multiple dogs drinking from it you would need to change the filters reasonably often, not having filter access makes the product effectively useless. They are even sold out on Oneisalls own website.

Saved my girls from UTI’s
This large, stainless steel fountain is a game changer for hot weather, and 2 large dogs!!We were constantly filling water bowls, changing them out (dirt/heat) and both our 80 lb dogs ended up with UTI’s this summer. Getting this fountain was a game changer!! It hold several gallons, filter the water very well & keeps it flowing, which seems to keep it cooler! They both love it. It took a few day for them to use it over stationary bowls (which are still around) but this is kept in the house and rinsed out daily. The filters are great, they last us 2-3 weeks. If you rinse them and keep the sponges clean it will work better. The pump seems durable. We unplug at night. It’s quiet. It’s like having a gentle fountain sound in the background. Love it! Improves your pets health!
