Great Size for My Cats
I have several cats and my older carriers all broke or tore. I have to have a good one that can be used frequently. This one has the preplaced bars inside that you snap open. I am so so glad that it wasn’t another one with the bars that you have to slide in and try to make fit properly without them sliding out. This one works to much better. It can be a little confusing at first, but easier once you do it a few times. It makes carrying the pets not too difficult and keeps my pets comfortable too. I was very happy when several of them got inside it themselves and considered it a good sleeping spot. Hopefully that means it won’t be so difficult on pet days. So far, it seems great. If the handles hold up over time, then it’s all I need.

Large sturdy excellent pet carrier
Overall, this is the best pet crate carrier that I have ever had. I currently have three other ones. This is also the largest pet crate that I have, at 24 by 17 inches. Actually, if carrying space in a vehicle is a concern, then this crate may be too large for some people. This crate lives up to the phrase of good things come in small packages, for the relatively small size of the storage bag made me think that this crate would be rather small. Once, I took it out of the storage bag, I was immediately impressed by its construction and its size. The bottom and top of this bag each use four locking support bars which must be clicked or locked together. It did take some effort to get all eight of these support bars to lock into place, but once I accomplished that, this crate became a large sturdy pet carrier. Please see the pictures. The orange sliding lock tabs on each bar require some effort to lock into place. Once all of the support bars are in place, then the last step is to put the pad in place at the bottom of the crate. This is an easy step as you just line up the matching Velcro tabs with each other. The zippers are easy to use but do feel sturdy and should keep the pet inside the carrier. The top straps on the case were intelligently designed as you can use these straps in several different ways. My final step was to put my 17 pound tom cat into this carrier. He does not like being in any pet carrier and this one was no exception. However, he did have plenty of room to move around inside the carrier, so this is the one I will use for him in the future. I definitely recommend this pet carrier to anyone with a large cat or small dog. They will have plenty of room inside this carrier. The only negative about this carrier is the amount of pressure that one must use to get the locking support bars to lock into place. Even so, this is a five-star carrier. Just remember that the dimensions are 24 by 17 inches, which may be surprisingly large for some people.

This is perfect for my cat! My cat hates the hard carriers and will eat his way out of a cardboard carrier–this one is perfect because its made of materials he doesn’t inherently hate and I can trick him into learning to like it by setting it up as a little enclosed day bed for him. The posts that hold it open feel super solid once they’re locked into place and require a push and slide motion to unlock which means your pet is really unlikely to accidentally undo the posts on their own. The canvas feels solid and if it gets dirty it should be washable fairly easily. Obviously being made of a softer material it likely won’t last as long as a hard metal or plastic carrier but this one feels much friendly and is nice to have out and if you don’t want to have it out is also easier to store! All the posts are easy for someone with opposable thumbs (that’s us humans) to collapse and it comes int a nice carrying bag so if you only want to use it when you’re taking your pet out and about it’s easy to fold up, make small, and shove into a closet somewhere!With my cat hating carriers so far he’s been warming up to this one fine but if an emergency happens in the near future because you can basically open the entire side of it it’ll be much easier to get him into than the narrower openings on the hard carriers. Knocking on wood no emergency happens before he’s fully accustomed to this carrier but I am optimistic that this will be easier to get him into at least.Really solid carrier, I’m really impressed with the quality of it!

This took a little effort to get assembled because the design is so solid and designed for pet security. I love the portability of this carrier when not assembled AND when assembled. The canvas fabric is thick and durable. The frame is also entirely metal. Everything folds up quite easily and fits into the canvas carrying tote very easily. The two points of potential improvement are: the connection clips to secure the metal frame in place are plastic, and I had quite a bit of trouble getting them to engage fully. A couple were not fully engaged when I thought they were and they then collapsed. The red tabs have to be fully slid into position, and it sometimes this takes a little massaging to get them slid all the way. Additionally, it would be nice not to have exposed metal on the interior of the carrier. But the plastic connectors are the greater concern of the two and it is, therefore very important that one ensures that the connection is fully engaged before use on all 12 parts of the frame. Especially the base ones, where the leash attachment could press against the pole if your pet was pulling on it, or if strapping it into a car. Overall, I really love the design of this carrier. My pup thinks it’s his new “house” and didn’t want to get out. The proportions were perfect in that regard as they are slighting bigger than the crate we previously used and the fabric exterior was much more pleasant for him (and also offers a warmer environment).

I picked up this 24-inch soft dog crate for my mini schnauzer, and itās been a great addition for both home and travel. My pup fits inside perfectly with enough room to move around and get comfortable, which was my biggest concern when choosing the size.The construction is surprisingly solid. The frame locks into place much like fold-up camping gear; lightweight but very sturdy once set up. I also really appreciate the multiple zipper openings; they make it easy to get your pet in and out, especially during those moments when they arenāt exactly cooperating.Ventilation is excellent thanks to the mesh panels, and the removable mat inside adds a nice touch of comfort. The built-in storage pouch makes it great to keep a few extra small toys when traveling.One thing to note: while itās portable, I found it a bit too large to replace a traditional carrier. Itās definitely movable for short distances, but not something Iād carry around for long. That said, it folds down quickly and stores easily, which is a big win.Overall, a sturdy, well-designed crate that works perfectly as a travel or indoor/outdoor comfort space for my schnauzer

This crate is huge. It comes in a small duffle bag, which can serve double duty as a pet bag when the crate is set up. The crate is a sturdy nylon canvas, with mesh panels and a metal frame. The frame is tricky to get to click into place, so much that there is an amendment page in the instructions claiming the product is not broken or defective, and you have to engage the mechanism completely. Once it is fully assembled, it is a generous size, very roomy and comfortable for a small dog or a cat. I plan to use it for car trips and camping trips for my Maine coon cross cat. I have it set up for her to get used to, so it really feels like a home on the road. I have a pet cube hung up inside for her to lounge in, it makes it an even more cozy and enticing space. It has lots of openings, and mesh for air flow. Iām so impressed with how sturdy it is, and how well considered the design is. Have a small dog that also likes to hang out in the crate, and even fits in with the cat (they are about the same size) with lots of room to spare.

This is a well built and heavy duty pet crate. The nylon fabric feels strong and the metal frame extends and collapses easily to store your crate when it’s not needed. When it’s in use, you can easily put it into the back seat of your car. With the straps and metal frame, you can also secure it with a seatbelt too. Speaking of the straps, even though there are shoulder straps attached, slinging over your shoulder will feel a bit awkward, but it can be carried that way.On the inside, there’s a floor mat for your pet, but the metal frame is exposed, in case you’re worried about your pet getting knocked around while driving. If you’re just using this as an indoor crate, then there’s more than enough room for a cat or small dog in there. One thing that would have been nice is a hard floor panel that can sit on top of the bottom frame. Currently, the floor pad will sink down and it doesn’t provide much support. The mesh panels ensure airflow and you can throw a blanket or towel over them for privacy or sleep time.There is a pouch for storing small items. Overall, this is a well built crate that could use a hard floor panel to make it amazing.
