Great toy for indoor cats who need stimulation
This laser pointer is like a personal trainer for cats, minus the gym fees and judgment. It recharges via USB, so no more digging through drawers for dead AAAs. The seven patterns are a fun touch, but let’s be honest—cats just want the red dot. My cats go full Olympic athlete the second it clicks on. It’s light, easy to hold, and has a decent range. The button placement could be a little more ergonomic, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Battery life has been solid so far, even with daily use. I will say, one of my cats now expects laser time every night like it’s a scheduled therapy session. So be warned: once you start, you’re committed. It’s a great toy for indoor cats who need stimulation and owners who like watching their pets do high-speed zoomies.

Our cats love to play pounce on the laser. This is great, because it is rechargeable. We have gone thru several battery powered ones, trying to find replacement batteries. I’m not sure the purple light is a black light, but I’ve used it to see if anyone peed inappropriately. Handy as a flashlight too.
