The hinge for the lid prevents the bag holder from lifting up to put the bag underneath. Design flaw. Additionally the lid hardware are rusting after 2 months.

I purchased 11 of these units in 2025 I was very happy when they were delivered, The quality of the metal seemed very durable. We assembled them and installed them in housing developments, all the residents loved them they thought they were good looking waste disposal units. About 8 months in, the lids started coming off, the paint is peeling on the rims of the unit, and every bolt, nut and washer is rusting. I will now have to figure out how I can modify the units to get the lids to stay on, I will need to replace every bolt, nut, and washer. I can not even wrap my head around how to fix the paint so that it matches. All in all I would give it less stars if I could.

Not enough screws bults and bags don’t fit in bag holder. .
This dog station was an absolute nightmare to put together. Not enough screws not enough bolts and nuts. The bags they came with it too small to fit inside the sludge in the bag that goes inside the rice container at 10 and I don’t see how I get 600. I have to order another US waste bags in order to fit inside the slots for the dog station. Terrible. Because we need one I’m going to keep it.

Bonjour,J’ai acheté 3 boîtes et installés à mon commerce. Elles sont construites solides et robustes.Les ouvertures pour prendre un sac sont trop grandes selon moi. Lorsque l’on prend un sac, le petit rouleau se déroule et a tendance à vouloir sortir par le trou. Il n’y a rien à l’intérieur pour tenir les rouleaux de sac. Ils sont déposés au fond de la boîte sans support. Je crois qu’il y aurait place a amélioration de ce côté. Les sacs inclus sont minces et très grands ( beaucoup trop grand pour les petits chiens).
