Old dogs CAN learn new tricks
This is truly one of the best things I’ve bought for my dogs in some time, and the price is really good for the value of the product. For years we have been using plastic autofeed bottles abut they get really gross really quickly and need to be replaced frequently. Our three senior dogs adapted to it super easily, I was concerned because they are picky, and we have it set on motion detect which keeps the water fresh when they’re going to drink from it. I wasn’t sure it was really filtering the water but when I changed the filter for the first time I was blown away by the grossness it had collected from the water – it was not pleasant to look at but it made me feel very confident that the dogs are getting fresh and clean water. The battery started blinking signalling less than 20% right at the same time the filter light came on so now I will plan to charge it whenever I change the filter. It’s super quiet, the light isn’t too bright but helps me easily see when it needs a refill, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the parts so far.

Quiet and stays charged
This is a great water bowl! It stays charged for days and is whisper quiet. It is easy to clean and has double filter, which is great! Recommend this water fountain for sure!

Good product, good price.
Good product my dog started using it with no problems. Only issue is I would face it away from any walkway or high usage direction. As it triggers the sensor when not intended which just drains the battery quicker than need.

Pump stopped working after one week of use
I’ve only had this fountain for a week, and the water pump has already stopped working. The light continues to blink red, and no water flows through the fountain at all. I’ve changed the water, thoroughly cleaned the filters, and made sure the bowl has enough water, but nothing has helped.When I first set the fountain up, it worked perfectly, which makes this even more frustrating. I’m unsure what changed in such a short amount of time. The main power source still shows that it’s on, but the pump simply won’t circulate water anymore. Considering this wasn’t a cheap purchase, I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and reliability. I also tried reaching out to customer support, but they do not offer replacement parts.

I’m very happy with this fountain. It has three modes, I use the one that flows constantly, during the day and switch to sensor only at night. I change water when I see it goes low. The filter must be checked and it needs to be taken care of, the fountain needs to be cleaned regularly. Filter replacement can be found on Amazon, but ypu need to be creative in that you should looks at the shape of the filter and find it accordingly. If there is a weakness that’s the only one, and didn’t make a difference to me. The fountain itself works perfectly so I take the inconvenience of the effort needed to find the replacement filter. It wasn’t a huge effort. All in all, highly recommended.

Easy to keep clean, large size
EASY TO CLEAN. No weird crevices like my last fountain. It had one little spot behind the spout that I could not get the pink crud out from. This fountain has no issues like that. Also, its kinda huge but I have 4 cats now so that worked out good. Its slightly bigger than my kitchen sink and can be awkward to carry when its half full of water. I originally planned on using the cordless option but luckily I had the option to keep it plugged in. On the cordless option you can only have it on either the cat sensor mode or the intermittent mode. I didnt care for either of those. My cats didn’t like it stopping and starting. It kind of startled them and when it wasn’t running it didnt attract them. In both modes the water would dry out in the pan so if one my cats walked up on it they didnt have water to drink. This next part may be in my head but I also feel like the water stays a little fresher when it runs constantly. The filter seems better than my previous fountain. Its still a basic filter that mostly is there to keep from large objects (cat hair, kitty litter) getting back into the water amd clogging it. But this fountain has an extra filter my other one didnt and the similar filter they both had seems to actually have the charcoal in it where the other one seemed like it was just foam. Overall this fountain works great, is attractive enough, and is a nice size for a 4 cats size household.

This particular unit working as described.
Replacement concerns. Have recharged battery 3x since initial charge in 8 days. Using motion detection setting but it will come on when no motion is present. Possible that is the reason for battery depletion. Cannot locate a replacement battery. I like the unit but need it to work as intended. Further comments: tried working directly with the Seller but after several conversations decided to drop the issue. What is known is that the battery sensor module was not working as I expected. Further, the pump is, in my opinion, small and I fully expected it to have a limited life-span. Seller does not offer replacements for either the battery sensor module or pump that I could find.The bowl itself is fine. It’s of a good size. Bottom line: if you want to purchase an automated water bowl from any Seller it would be to your advantage to first check to see if replacement pumps and battery sensor modules are available. I would have returned the product but had already destroyed the box and thought working directly with the Seller to acquire a replacement battery sensor module might work.
