Make sure to let your dog take breaks from the Maxi automatic dog ball launcher every 15-20 minutes.Fetching can be exhausting,and sometimes dogs love it that much that they do not know when to stop.
INSTALLATION OF THE BATTERY
1. Using coin to rotate the battery cover at bottom of the machine and turn it into the open position, then remove the battery cover latch and the battery cover.
2. When the battery cover removed, connect the power line terminal with battery terminal in the machine battery tank, then power is on, then the battery to fit in the slot postion.
3. Cover the battery slot with battery cover, load the battery cover latch then use coin to turn it into the locked position.
NOTE:
Please fully recharge the battery before using the product.
WARNING
Even if your dog can play with the Maxi automatic dog ball launcher alone,supervise him/her while playing.Don’t let the dog bite the electrical cable.
If balls are damaged,please don’t use them while the Maxi automatic dog ball launcher.
Please always inspect the launch tube to make sure it’s clean before playing,in case any objects or dirt stuck in the tube.
Do not operate when any part of the product is wet or standing in water.Do not use when raining.An electric shock hazard may exist if the unit is plugged in while or after it has been exposed to water.
Please before letting the dog play,check if the Maxi automatic dog ball launcher works properly.
Please keep the instruction manual in safe place for reference.

My dog loves this ball launcher! He quickly learned how to put the ball in by himself. Only complaint I have is it has to be plugged in so it’s not wireless which makes it hard to use outside. Other than that it works very well and also very good for the price!

Junk junk junk don’t buy
Junk… it’s a good idea but it stopped working in just 3 weeks. It really wasn’t used much. When you spend that much money on something it should last longer then a month.

Broke after 3 months
My dogs loved this product. It was used every day, but it didn’t even last 3 months before it stopped working. The “female part” inside the unit that you plug the cord into broke off. I know you can use batteries, but the use my dogs got out of it we would be replacing the batteries weekly. It was very disappointing.

Excellent launcher but all tennis balls are junk if your dog is a chewer bringing ball back.
I want to claify my heading by saying the Maxi product is fantastic. The Tennis Balls that come with it are the best to buy for this but if you have a chewing dog after a couple of sessions of play balls are almost destroyed. I have tested many other tennis balls and they are worse and break apart faster. The best ball I have found is the 2.5″ Chuck-it orange and blue ball. It launched about 40 feet on high level but not good if the dog tries to catch iot in air but great on bounce. They will last a very long time. If they were the same ball but lighter would be the absolute perfect ball. The seams in tennis balls break so easily and saliva on the balls makes them basically shoot 3 feet out of the machine. Dry balls work perfectly. Just posting this in case someone else has found the perfect ball for a chewer that isn’t too heavy. I really don’t want to knock a tooth out. The chuck-it ball launches farther than any other ball I’ve tested even farther than a new dry tennis ball.

So much fun!
I love that this can be used indoors. It’s easy to use and the pups love it. Has different settings for how far the ball will go. I have a Yorkie that eat, sleeps, and breathes tennis balls. He still hasn’t got the concept of dropping the ball into the machine. I’m pretty sure he thinks that it produces the balls… It’s a little noisy but that just hightens my dogs reaction. Whenever he hears the sensor activated he immediately comes running and braces himself for the launch. I did buy several ball in addition to the ones it came with. Because when the ball gets too slobbery it slows down the length of the shoot. Overall I’m glad I purchased.

A Perfect Solution
A perfect solution for keeping my furry friend entertained and active while I’m at work. Now, when she gets restless she can now go out her doggy door and burn off some energy. A relieve knowing that my puppy is having a great time even when I’m not around. It’s always exciting to come across inventions that truly make a difference in our daily lives. An absolute yes! Advice:-Buy the balls. They must be dry and clean for the launcher to launch them properly.-Get the rechargeable one. My puppy could play fetch for hours.It’s easy. I pulled it out of the box, charged it, took it outside, turned the power switch to on and dropped a ball in it.

Great fun
My dog loves catching the ball. The only thing I had to train him to do was not run forward toward theball because it comes out at a high speed and at first he was bleeding from the impact. I have him sit asafe distance and stay while I count to four, tell him NOW, and the ball shoots out so he can catch it froma safe distance. The ball shoots out at five seconds.
