I wish I had got this before now. This thing is just perfect, easy to use, fill jug is very easy to carry and put in place. Nice stainless drinking bowl. I highly recommend.

Good but could be a tiny bit better
Overall, this automatic watering bowl works great and keeps my dogās water fresh throughout the day. The design is sturdy, and it holds a good amount of water, which is super convenient. My dog took to it right away and drinks from it easily.The only downside is that itās a little awkward to fill. The handle makes it hard to hold the container steady when refilling, especially if youāre trying not to spill. Once itās filled and set up, though, it does exactly what itās supposed to. A solid 4 stars for quality and function!

Great product for pets
This water bowl keeps the water cold with the metal pan. I like the thicker plastic water dispenser as I feel that helps unsulate the water as well. I ended up ordering a 2nd one for my other home.Its worth the extra money, rather than purchasing a cheap one.

A great product that scares our puppy
Mechanically, this automatic waterer is perfect. It’s easy to fill. The wide handle makes carrying the 20 pounds of water easy over to the dish. Just drop it into place and you’re set for a week or more. You can easily see the water level through the plastic. One-star problem: When our puppy drinks, the water gurgles out into the tray and that scares her. She’s now afraid to drink from it. So we’ll store it away until she grows up. Otherwise this is a great simple product.

NO MORE FLOODS
Just got this item, but I am already pleased with it. I had a different style but it was getting harder for me to lift and turn/flip without spilling water everywhere. On more than one occasion it overflowed once I managed to do so. This one fills well from the bathtub faucet, allows me to make sure it will not leak when I turn it right-side-up, and is comfortable to carry with the handle (I am not going far with it). as soon as I placed it in the allotted holes correctly it filled the water tray and stopped at an appropriate level. The cats were not sure at first, but within an hour they were using it!
