Changed my dogs’ life!
One of our dogs is very reactive to chemicals, which cause a flareup of her autoimmune disease. Until we found Insect Shield products, our sweet dog, Who prefers nothing more than being outside, had to be kept inside. Our “walks” consisted of my driving 10 to 15 miles an hour on nearly deserted country roads with the windows open. Insect Shield T shirt has worked well in keeping the relentless ticks and other insects off this baby, and has literally changed her life! She is so much happier now that she can enjoy the outdoors, and we can have real walks! At the end of our walks, there are a number of tiny flying creatures that speckle the insect guard shirt – – all dead!! I shake them off and place the garment in a plastic Ziploc for later use. I also use the Insect Shield neck gaiter for extra protection. I always inspect my dog carefully for ticks when we get home, since her belly is not far from the ground. One year has now gone by, and the garments continue to work well in keeping the ticks off her. I am getting ready to order another set of T-shirt and neck gaiter. We are so thankful for these products!Update on sizing: Our Russell terrier weighs 14 pounds and has a 14 inch long back. The T-shirts stretch a bit after the first few wares. The small/medium ended up being too large for her and I had to sew Velcro tabs to hook the neck gaiter to the shirt to keep the shirt from working its way down so that her front legs came out! The small size fits her best, though it seemed very snug at first.

Our pup loves the woods and high grass! This helps to keep burrs and sticking weeds off her hair and so far no ticks on her either!

Great Shirt, Runs BIG
We purchased this shirt for our mastiff, because of the size options. Not many products fit our big man. He has severe allergies and needed a bug repellent shirt in addition to his battery of medication, so this was a win-win. His measurements showed that the XXL would fit perfectly, if not be a smidgen short. We received the shirt and it was HUGE! The supposed 30” long shirt fell halfway down his long tail – much longer than his 31” long back (I measured from his shoulders to the base of his tail as instructed). Because we needed the shirt immediately, we rigged it to stay on and still allow him to do his business. We will be ordering a second, but in a smaller size!

Sizing from the company was accurate for us, even though it seemed small out of the box.
This insect repelling shirt is perfect for our dog who gets really jumpy with bugs buzzing around or landing on her! The shirt is fragrance free and made of light weight fabric. So far it seems to be working well.

Over-sized neck stretches too big
Over-sized neck opening. And it stretches out even more immediately. I bought an XXL for 110# dog—length and width are good, but it slides down too far because the neck is way too big. Guess I need to add belt loops to attach the neck to her collar.

A must have!
There is no scent but this works very well. My dogs sit outside when my GS swims and the bugs are relentlessly at them. I bought one of these last year and lived it so much I had to get both of them one this year. You can wash it up to 70 times, Although I dont, and it’s still works. This along with a mosquito spray they are comfortable and happy. And because dogs can get sunburned too it’s a good idea for them to have a little bit of protection also dogs don’t sweat so I do spritz a little bit of water on that shirt to keep them comfortable

Bought this for my Patterdale terrier who is on medication for Cushings so was looking for something to reduce the strong prescription drugs she taking, I’m going to use with a natural spot as well will have to see how it works and add results later.
