I put this on our sofa to handle daily pet use, and it’s been doing its job well. The fuzzy surface is comfortable for both people and dogs, and the quilted construction feels nicer than a basic throw. What really helps is the non-slip backing, which keeps it from sliding around even when pets jump up or reposition themselves.It’s been easy to live with day to day. Hair doesn’t embed deeply, and when it starts looking rough, I just throw it in the wash and it comes out clean without losing its softness. The dark gray color hides fur better than expected and blends in instead of screaming “pet cover.”The material isn’t super thick, so it’s more about protection from hair and light scratching than heavy-duty padding. For regular couch protection that looks decent and doesn’t require constant adjusting, this has worked well and feels like a practical compromise between comfort and durability.

White ones not waterproof.
I bought the dark grey color for my couch. It looks blue but I’m keeping it because it works. And because I needed a backup I ordered 2 white ones. My dog peed on it and it soaked through! I’m sending both white ones back that I bought. I’m so frustrated over this. I had to unzip couch cushions again!
