How to Make It Fit
My little dog needed an 11” collar, so I tried the Small, but it only went up to 10” and I couldn’t squeeze the extra inch out of it. I exchanged it for a Medium, but that one wouldn’t adjust below 12” only because of an ugly rubber brand label stitched onto it.Thanks to someone whose comment here I can’t find again, I pulled out my seam ripper and removed the offending label. Problem solved!This collar is very pretty for a black & white dog. Abby is stylin’ now in her new collar, matching leash, and red vest harness. One star deducted for having to remove the ugly label.

Great Quality, Super Cute
This is the 3rd collar we have bought that’s Blueberry pet from Amazon. All are top notch quality. Our dog rolls in deer poop on our property and the collars have to be washed repeatedly. They have stood up for years without the material fraying or anything loosening. The color does fade eventually, but that has been after about 4 years of the repeated washings, so not something the average dog owner would need to worry about. Worth every penny!!

I would not pay $25 for this. Maybe $10. The plastic on it such as the buckle and piece to hold it together when tightened i found a really light cheap type of plastic. The strap going around the neck i found higher quality than some out there. But i wouldn’t pay $25 for this if i saw it in a store. Its very pretty and fits her, but overpriced.
