Great looking & sturdy! Hung it on the wall.
My boy was in this cat bed as soon as it was unpacked! He even skipped investigating the box it came in and climbed right into the bed! He is only 8.5 pounds, but he’s long and tall, and this cool enclosure is very roomy.The cushion must also be extra comfy, because he rarely kneads, but he started kneading almost immediately. I’ve had it for months now, and it’s still one of his favorite spots.I love how it looks – the random, open weave is unusual and interesting. The frame is sturdy, but hidden by the weave, so the “basket” keeps its funky look. The resin wicker feels silky smooth to the touch – much, much better than real wicker. The open weave allows the cat to see everything and I can easily see him.Since the bed is so sturdy, I mounted it to the wall with metal straps, making sure to install them into a stud. He can now climb, relax, and observe his empire from on high!Oh, the new kitten loves it, too, but he likes to climb on the top.

I have 5 cats. Whether or not that’s a sane thing to do is besides the point. The point is – each of these little boogers have VERY distinct individual personalities, likes, and dislikes. And they like what they like, and have little interest in appeasing my desire for them to enjoy something I want them to like.So – cats. I have 5 cats.When I unpacked this thing – IMMEDIATELY one cat got in, inspected, and was napping within 15 minutes. When he got up – another got in. sniffed around. Settled in for a nap. The following day, a third cat became enamored. Cats 4 and 5 have come by and sniffed – but have had no opportunity to enjoy it, because this thing is ALWAYS occupied.I wasn’t thrilled on the pricing – it’s just basically a plastic rattan basket. But – I can’t argue with success. As I type this review, cat 4 is unsuccessfully attempting to get cat 3 to leave the basket.I’m glad I got two, and I’m interested to see if the level of popularity remains so high when there’s two of them to pick from.Also – it’s nice and roomy inside – my 14 lb cat is lean but long – just a big boy – and he fits nicely inside.Edit: It’s been 3 days – the box this thing came in is open and nearby, but this bed gets more use. Cats 4 and 5 still have yet to use it. I will update again when I get the second bed – and once I hang these on the walls, I suspect they will become even more popular.

Great for multiple pets
I have purchased 6 of these over the last year. They are extremely durable and look nice. I have a team of Yorkies and cats that lay on top of it and do not suffocate the pet inside by collapsing it. They all seem to love them jump right in and nap. The pad inside is ok, I just replace with something else. Pricey, but worth every cent. Will last a lifetime minus the pad.

Stylish & Cat Approved!
What a cool cat bed! My cats love to lounge on top of the dog crate in this corner, but I didn’t like how the typical fluffy cat beds looked… so I gave this one a try. It’s been a big hit. The cat in my photo is my largest… he’s 20 pounds… and he fits just fine. This has become his favorite afternoon nap spot.

Nice little cat bed, comes with a synthetic cushion she’s not in love with, but that’s easily remedied. I had originally thought it was rattan, but it’s a plastic wire made to look like rattan- probably easier to clean & longer lasting, but also one more piece of plastic, eventually plastic garbage, in the world. But, great cat bed, big enough for a big cat or even small dog

Great looking ! My cats fight over who gets it
Both my cats (one an average 9 pounds, the other a long and lanky 16 pounds) love to snooze in this open-weave den. They seem to like the multi-sided protection, while still being able to see if trouble is approaching. They are so secure, they fall asleep instantly on the cloud-like pillow (washes well). They look forward to my purchasing another so they can each claim one as their very own. I hope it will be restocked ! We like that it isn’t covered in fake fur. Easily used as a footstool. Doesn’t need to be hidden in a corner.

It’s cheap plastic and was not well made
This would have been amazing if 1- it had actually been woven from plant material, and 2 – it had not been warped so that it wouldn’t sit flat. Typical cheap Amazon junk made in China.
