No fleas and no chemical odor
The product is safe for my dogs. The odor is not bad at all. Not a harsh chemical smell. It seems to be working, no fleas yet.

BugMd tablets/ citronella smell
l received the BugMd and attached it to my dog’s collar even though the citronella smell was strong. l thought it would go away it a shorty time However after she had it on about 1/2 hour she started sneezing and her eyes were watering l removed the collar and put it in the garage so it could air out. It was there 2 days and the garage smelled of citronella still fairly strong. Decided to try it again since the collar wasn’t smelling as strong. My dog seemed to be okey, l took her for a car ride to get gas for the car and the car started smelling of citronella l took the collar off and put in in a plastic bag as l couldn’t handle the smell and my eyes had started to water. When l got home l threw it away as there was no way l could have it inside the house and left the garage door open to air it out. This definitely didn’t work for me or my dog. l wouldn’t recommend this for anyone with an inside dog. Very disappointed with this as hoped l would be able to eliminate the regular tick and flea tables l had been using but l can’t handle the smell and neither could my furbaby.

Amazing!
I love these replaceable tabs! Switched all 3 dogs to this from the flea and tick drops. No chemicals in these, so the dogs are healthier. Great fresh smell and, better yet, all insects stay off of the dogs!!

Fairly good, but not good enough for the price.
It worked really good at first. The smell isn’t great, but I was definitely willing to put up with it as long as it still worked. However, there were still times where I saw fleas on my pet. I was also disappointed in how much it cost and how you had to buy the plastic part and the insert every time. It would’ve been nice if when it stopped working, you just had to buy the insert instead.
