We have a diagram on here or watching the video. Just goes one leg in each opening. One padded piece goes around the chest, fasten at back.

Does it work in cold weather?

Yes, it can be worn after wearing clothes, our step-in dog harness for puppy, extra small, small dog breeds. It feels very smooth and soft and looks great.

Is the chest strap adjustable?

Harness is adjustable for a small or med size dog.

How do you put this on the dog ?

Harness is easy to put on/off, would step onto it , the it snaps at the top by the metal eyelets wear you hook the leash.

Quality is excellent, looks super cute. The harness and leash are sturdy but are very soft and flexible. (Corgi female 22lb)
