I had been looking for a good flea collar for my kitty for a while now
I had been looking for a good flea collar for my kitty for a while now. I really liked that this one is all natural and doesn’t contain any harsh chemicals that may cause harm to my cat, so I thought I’d give it a go.The collar does have a very strong scent-but mainly a herbal/natural scent, that I found to be quite pleasant. And my kitty didn’t seem to mind it.In under 24 hours of him wearing the collar I have already noticed a significant decrease of his scratching. And I have yet to find a flea on his fur since. He is not nearly as anxious as he was before with his constant scratching and biting at his fur due to fleas. My kitty is acting more and more like his happy, relaxed self again.This is my honest review and I was not in anyway paid by the company for this review. Just your average cat mamma, who found a really great product. Cheers!

Strap will Not slide through clasp to fit cat!
I had great expectations from this product as a substitute for Revolution Plus that has a FDA Neurological Warning; read info on product website & Amazon before ordering. Box Instructions led me to think this is for outdoor cat; mine is INDOOR. I aired it outdoors 2 days, and then could not get it on my patient, gentle cat! My husband couldn’t either! Strap would Not slide through clasp! It makes a great bathroom air freshener though. Back to research for safe flea-tick prevention.

Solved the Problem of Cat Peeing On Furniture (also used with an effective urine smell eliminator)
My neutered cat suddenly decided he had to start peeing in the house on a futon (it was already sporting a waterproof mattress cover thank goodness and I was using a terrific cat urine treatment to remove all lingering odors: Nature’s Miracle, Just for Cats, Advanced Formula, but he was still coming back to that futon.grrr). He was not ill and there were no stray toms infringing on his territory but I assumed something in his cat world was bothering him. I searched for a collar that has citronella as that acts as a mild sedation/mood elevator for cats (has stopped my girl cats from fighting in past years). It was well worth the money (which was a reasonable price) because he immediately stopped the indoor peeing and is now back to being a civilized (!) boy who has to deal with life with 5 girl cats and 3 dogs, an obnoxious rooster, flirting hens, and a donkey and a pony who like to tease him (we have a farm). He is also flea free but I have to admit he didn’t have fleas when I put this on him. So nice to no longer have to deal with this issue as having a farmhouse without lingering animal smells is no small feat in itself.

Love! Especially compared to other brands, as they tend to smell too strongly and irritate my cat. Easy to put on and sturdy fit, I can tell my cat is relieved.

I was so excited to buy this product because of …
I was so excited to buy this product because of the natural aspect…I didn’t want chemicals on my cats. I researched and researched and finally decided to buy this collar. The smell was good-not overpowering, but I don’t feel that it had any protection against fleas. I know you’re supposed to leave some wiggle room between the collar and your cat’s neck, but I could see fleas crawling around the neck-right under the collar!Before buying-do your research…avoid chemicals, but go another natural route.

Nice product, just not for us.
I’m rating this 4 stars because I’m sure the product will work for many people, but it just didn’t work for us. I have 2 cats and bought one for each of them, one cat got used to it quickly and it worked totally fine, the other seemed to have been allergic. Since one cat was allergic I didn’t feel safe leaving it one the other since they’re always playing and snuggling together.Luckily, I told the seller about the problem and they gladly let me return both of the flea collars!I’d say give it a shot, if you’re cat isn’t allergic to it it’s definitely a better alternative than those chemical-filled collars. There is a fairly strong smell to this item as others have noted, but I actually liked it, so I guess it’s all up to personal preference there!

Amazing, healthy product
I have two cats that I do like to take outside on a harness, and I’ve always used this color to prevent fleas or ticks, and I have never had a problem. Plus, I feel good about the fact that I’m not putting chemicals on their body. I have been using this for years.

Found fleas 3 weeks after on neck where collar was……
Sooo…. took the flea collar off 3 weeks after putting it on and tons of fleas around the neck. This was after giving her a bath with special shampoo and giving her a cap star a couple weeks earlier. Would not buy again. Oh and we bombed our house 2 weeks before and she is an inside cat.She is a long haired cat though, so if you want to try it, go for it.We also have a short haired cat that is kept in a different room while we introduce them and we will be trying it with her to see if it works….we’ll see. If so I will bump up the stars.It does smell very nice though.
