BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD
I had an issue with the buckle snap breaking right away and wrote a bad review. I am amending that right now. I emailed the company and they promptly replied, first i just asked for replacement buckle, then they emailed me and said they would go ahead and send me a new 2 in 1 right away with no return, and I also ordered replacement collars to be able to use my broken one (since I didn’t expect to hear from them), and they are making that right as well. All I can say is BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If the collar works as well as there service to customers I give them a 100 STAR rating. The receiver pairs with the collar perfectly and I tried all levels on my arm. I have no doubt this will do the trick to teach my barking dog to quit and help with his all around training.

Very Effective and has helped My Great Pyrenees so much
I bought this collar to replace one that did not have a remote. A bark/shock collar is so much better for training when it comes with a remote, especially for my great Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dog. Some of these big dogs have so much fur that they can’t fill the buzzing motion of the collar, but this one has buildable pieces that you can put on the collar so that your dogs fur does not get in the way. I do not use the shock part, but the buzzing seems very effective, especially when using the remote for training purposes. This charge is pretty quick, and I’ve had no issues with it yet. The last one I got (a different brand) wouldn’t buzz at each bark. This one works so much better and I highly recommend.

These work very well for our dogs. They stay quiet when left outside. They will occasionally bark but the vibration is effective in keeping them from being obnoxious about it. One of them likes to jump on the door when they want in and I like that I can use the remote to keep her from doing it. She still does some but it learning.Additionally, I prefer this style of the collar attached to the device. I have had issues with the style that bolt on to the collar and this seems to work better.The only downside I see is how you set the auto mode. Especially that there is no way to check what it is currently set at.

Auto bark detect doesn’t work.
Even with the auto bark detect turned on, this does nothing. My dogs can bark their heads off and nothing happens. It needs a sensitivity adjustment which is sadly does not include.The instruction booklet is also wildly unclear. The remote works as it should, but that doesn’t help me with noise while I’m at work.

I chose these for my friends’ two female puppers. Not as a replacement for any bark control system, just as cute little collars with a reflective strip. The dogs look adorable in them, but then the dogs would look adorable in a rope. lolThey’re small dogs and they fit well. They did remove the plastic extra piece that’s meant to hold the receiver training thing. Not much more I can tell you, but I can include pictures of the very cute dogs wearing their nice new collars.

This is a pretty decent dog training collar.We have a lot of dogs that we train through my gf’s side business for sitting and training and various other services, so we get to test a lot of collars with the program.This comes well packaged.Everything is neat and tidy in a nice retail box.Instructions are included.It’s very easy to use and figure out what does what within just a few minutes (like all collars)This looks from a really good range, we never got to test the max range on this as our backyard is only 2000 feet. Works well for the range. We never used the full 3300 ft.Collar is adjustable, and works for dogs of all sizes, can also be adapted for other collars bands for extensions too if needed.We only use the beep and vibration settings, didn’t use the shock. But I imagine if someone wants shock or needs it for training, then that would be good.There are a lot of training program variations for this that can be used.The battery holds a charge for a really good long time. We never used it all from 10+ days of testing with occasional use). Collars arent meant to be used full time, so its got great battery life.It’s also pretty fast at recharging.This model overall is very gentle and effective. We submurged it in water for 5 minutes and didn’t have any issues so the waterproof is working.Remote is a good size. Really like the green colour too.Overall the quality of it seems good.
