This collar set works great and is very easy to use. The remote is responsive, and the collars are comfortable for my dogs. It helped reduce excessive barking quickly without causing stress. I like that it includes multiple collars, making it perfect for more than one dog. Overall, a very practical and useful purchase. The battery was life.

Great Collars, works well, easy to use, I do not need the zapper part and never tried it. Just simple beeping and occasional vibration work perfect to keep the boys from fighting over dumb stuff. Battery life seems to be long.CONS: Needs a lock out button, so you can not accidently push a button and give a command when not wanted. I have had one of my dogs get in my lap with the remote in my jacker pocket and he set off the collar on the other dog. So this would be a be 5* if it had a way to lock out any button pushing by accident.

Very dog-dependent and inconsistent
I bought this bark collar to help with excessive barking, but the results have been inconsistent. The automatic correction is hit or miss, even after adjusting the settings.The collar offers multiple correction levels — audible beep, vibration, and static shock — but effectiveness really depends on the dog. I have two dogs, and the difference is night and day. One dog immediately understands what the collar is and behaves better even when it’s not turned on.The other dog could not care less. It beeps, vibrates, and is supposed to emit a shock, and he just keeps barking like nothing happened.The remote works occasionally, but most of the time the shock button is unresponsive, which adds to the frustration. Charging is via micro-USB, and the included cable only has two ends even though it’s meant to charge multiple collars. The manual isn’t very helpful beyond initial setup.This may work for already-conditioned or sensitive dogs, but it hasn’t been reliable across the board for us.

These collars work well and as described. All functions including auto bark mode are effective, but you have to program them correctly.One of my collars recently stopped working. I have labs that swim. I wrote to the manufacturer through Amazon and within a few days, I had a new collar already programmed correctly for the one that stopped working. This alone makes this manufacturer worth doing business with.

Customer service contacted quickly however the problem never did get resolved.
Junk. Prongs fall off. Missing multiple as well as the cap (that’s pretty obvious) complete disappointment 😞 I definitely wouldn’t recommend. I have 3 smaller dogs and was pretty excited to have 1 remote instead of 3. Remote works well but kind kf useless when you don’t have the prongs to use. The large prongs cannot be used on them. I tried and felt horrible as they were way too large..I wasn’t going to torture them with my excitement with 1 remote. Bad experience.
