Quality, comfortable material for Tripawd post-surgery. Slightly large
I purchased several packs of these for my dog Roux, who had to have one of her front legs amputated due to cancer. She is a Chihuahua-Heeler mix, and weighs 27 lbs. Initially I purchased an XL for her based on her measurements (attached) and following the size chart. I would say the size of these shirts runs a little large, so if your dog is on the cusp between two sizes, go down a size. The XL fits OK, but is a little long on the back and wide in the neck. The L fits excellent and perfectly snug. I was able to easily alter these shirts by removing excess fabric on the sleeve and hand-sewing the arm closed along the existing seam where her leg was amputated. The fabric is durable, but not thick, is breathable and not stuffy. I am very pleased with the quality of this item and Roux, who is normally very uncomfortable in clothing, does not itch, shake, or try to take the shirts off. I have recommended these shirts to other folks with dogs having front-limb amputation in need of a post-surgical recovery suit. I wish there were more colors available, but that is a superficial criticism since the shirts were purchased for a practical and necessary reason. Thank you Kyeese for providing these shirts to keep my dog safe and comfortable during her recovery, and saving me discomfort as well– as I do not have to see her gnarly scar all the time.

If you’re looking for a lightweight, soft, easy pull-on dog shirt, this is absolutely it. This Kyeese 2-pack has quickly become a go-to in our house because the shirts are comfortable, simple, and practical for everyday wear.The waffle-knit fabric is the star here. It’s breathable and lightweight, so it doesn’t feel bulky or restrictive (especially important for dogs who don’t love “clothes” at first). The texture is also really nice – it has that cozy waffle feel without being stiff or heavy, and it seems gentle on skin. Both of my dogs wore these comfortably for lounging around the house, and they also worked great for quick outings.Fit-wise, I really like the raglan sleeves and the stretchy pull-on design. It makes the shirts much easier to get on and off compared to shirts that have tighter arm holes or awkward cuts. Once on, the fabric has enough give that my dogs could move normally – walking, stretching, hopping around, and doing their usual “I’m not posing for your photos, mom” routine.They also seem well-made for the price:Color stayed true after washing (no fading so far)No pilling yet, even with regular wear (the packaging claims anti-pilling and that checks out for me)The fabric still looks smooth and feels soft after washesSizing note: I do think these run a bit big. They were just a smidge loose on both my Hava-Apso and my Italian Greyhound, so if your dog is between sizes, you may want to size down (or at least double-check the size chart and measure carefully). They still worked fine – just not as fitted as I expected.Overall, I’m really happy with this set. They’re comfy, breathable, easy to wash, and simple enough for daily use without overheating or restricting movement. Great value for a 2-pack – I’d buy these again (just in a slightly smaller size next time).
