Keeps my puppy happy and distracted
I’ve had this for quite some time and my dog is absolutely obsessed with it. It takes a bit of time to roll up each section, but it’s worth the time. My dog is 25 pounds and it’s the perfect size for her to be able to pick up and toss around. It seems to be quite sturdy and I think is well worth the price. I haven’t attempted to clean it, but I think the only way would be in the kitchen sink with some dish soap or perhaps in a mesh bag in the washing machine. If you’re worried about it getting dirty, I would recommend using hard treats only vs. soft/chewy treats as they do get compressed when you’re pushing the fabric rolls back into their slots. I wasn’t able to fit more than two small treats since the fabric roll still needs to be able to fit back into the slot. I would definitely purchase again.

Great puzzle, even better complimentary squeaky carrot
Our dog is a Jack Russell mix and needs near constant interaction. In the winter, it gets so cold that we can’t always get him out for long enough periods of time to satisfy his poor bored little brain.I’ve tried so many puzzles. He gets frustrated and bored quickly, and ends up just barking at them. One game that he loves in winter though, is what we call “the blanket game” and it’s when we hide one of his favorite toys in an old blanket, wrap it all up, and then let him loose to find the toy. He can play this game over and over, for over an hour if we have the energy. So, when I saw this ball, I knew I had to try it.He loves it. He begs me to let him have it at least once a day and it gives him a good 5-10 minutes of play. He’d play it more if I let him have that many treats, haha. But I had to say that, true to form, his REAL favorite part of the puzzle ball was the complimentary carrot toy that came with it.He is obsessed with the carrot. He carries it everywhere. It goes to bed with him. He never loses it, always knows exactly where Carrot is. He even knows the word “carrot” now, after only a week or so of having our dear, beloved Carrot.I can ask him, “go get Carrot,” and he brings it right to me.It is the only toy he ever brings me now.The squeaker is long dead, he killed it within the first couple days, but he still chews it relentlessly, listening for the little air puff sounds it makes now.So anyway, the ball is great. Love it. But the carrot? Is an epic find. I included a picture so you can see how utterly filthy it is from how much he loves it (don’t worry, it’s going in the washer).Thank you for this random carrot. It might be the best thing to happen to our weird little family this winter.

A fun toy that challenges my pup’s brain!
My hyper puppy loves it! It’s a super fun toy for her that works her brain. I just wish the pieces of fabric were a little more durable! I take it away as soon as she’s found all the treats but it’s still starting to rip a little.

Very fun for dogs
My dog figured this toy out extremely quickly, but he still loves it. I can tell heās excited when he uses it! Maybe not the best toy if youāre looking for hours of entertainment, but still fun and durable for the price! šš¶

Basic Starter Puzzle, But Not Very Durab
This toy is more like a level 1 puzzleāit doesnāt take long at all for my 1-year-old, 5 lb Papillon to figure it out. The ball part is sturdy enough, but the cloth sections are very soft and not durable. I worry about him tearing into it and possibly swallowing threads, so I only let him play with it under close supervision. If you just need a simple puzzle to introduce your dog to enrichment toys, this could work. But if youāre looking for something that lasts longer or provides more of a challenge, this isnāt it.Pros:⢠Works as a very basic starter puzzle⢠Ball portion is fairly sturdy⢠Good for quick enrichment sessionsCons:⢠Cloth material is soft and easy to damage⢠Requires close supervision to prevent chewing or tearing⢠Not challenging for dogs beyond beginner levelOverall, Iām giving it 3 stars. It does the job as an entry-level puzzle, but itās not durable and doesnāt offer much mental stimulation.UPDATE: The company reached out after my review and provided good customer service, which I really appreciated.

Great toy
Honestly, I thought my dog would be too dumb to figure out how to get the treats. I was surprised and delighted when she figured it out quickly, continued to be interested in it, and then took it to her bed. I’m pleased, to say the least.

Heavy duty rubber, nice tight set up for installing kibble in rolled fleece
My dog will eat when left alone, but finds it hard to settle, constantly checking to see if I’ve returned, so I wanted something that will keep him busy longer when I leave him with a meal. We have lick mats, a Kong, a snuffle bowl, and he uses them but they haven’t quite solved the issue. Just got this yesterday and used it right away. On the cameras, I could see his focus was on this and getting his kibble out of each of the rolled up fleece strips wedged into the holes in the ball for quite some time. It is more labor intensive for me to set up, but it’s worth giving him something stimulating to do when he’s alone. The ball is heavy rubber and should last chewing, and my experience with my 26 lb dog and fleece (from a feeding mat in our history) is that he will chew, but it’s nicely tear resistant. I like this.

Fun toy!
My 4 month old puppy is obsessed with this toy! Always the first one he grabs- keeps him entertained for 30 minutes +The only thing I worry about is the fleece cloth being easily torn through. If your dog is a chewer- watch closely!
