Several game breaking flaws.
First off, there’s no bottom plate or retention for the water containers, so switching out the water and/or dirty water is fiddly and frustrating. The plastic on both is quite thin, so the water container when full feels entirely possible to crack or break. You just need to kind of set them on the floor and then push the top down, hoping you have the alignment right. It’s not a good experience. As it is, it’s very difficult to carry completely also – you have to somehow pick up both tanks without either disconnecting and support them while carrying the entire unit. There are no handles or anything on the tanks to facilitate this.This isn’t the worst thing however – the sensor that said the dish is full malfunctioned within 24 hours of installation. So it just continued to pump more and more water into the dish without purging, and so I wound up with a ton of water all over my floor and an empty clean water tank (and a mostly empty dirty water tank).I love the idea of this – but it really needs a base plate that aligns the two tanks. This would also help with carrying the complete unit for cleaning. It also needs a mechanical overflow hole in the top that will just dump water into the dirty water tank if the dish somehow gets overfilled. Ideally this would never happen, and if it regularly did it would pretty much defeat the purpose of the fountain anyway, but at the very least it wouldn’t dump water all over your floor.

Love the concept
I have numerous fountains around the house, not one of them the same which is my fault, but having to onstantly stock up on filters for 5 different fountains…is not fun. They each have their pros but none of them do what this fountain does….work without a filter! The waste water compartment makes me nervous because I don’t think it coupd hold the full amount of water from the main tank and since this fountain is out of the way, sometimes no one really uses it…making thr waste tank fill faster. It has a water level float to stop it overflow but nervous I am still. I had two incidents where somehow flooded the floor randomly but have not figired out why…hasn’t happened in a while though. Easy to clean…less cost, slightly more cleaning maintenance (easier though) and I’m pretty happy with this. Might start replacing all my other fountains with this one now.

The fountain leaks a ton and it runs out of clean water in less than a day. Also the app only works if the fountain is connected to the power cord which defeats the purpose of it being “wireless”.

There is no way to connect the water fountain to the app that it says itās compatible with in the manual.

Great fountain but longevity is questionable
I purchased two of these six months ago. One has stopped water flow and is no longer usable. I wish there was a way to contact the seller bc we really love this fountain and the water cleanliness.

Constant cleaning required
The concept sounds great but it works poorly. It’s hard to clean the plastic parts and dirt/film accumulates in the corner of the plastic plate that retracts to dump the dirty water. It sputters loudly whenever a tiny little but of hair gets into it and stops working unless you turn it off and on.

Easy and cleaner than other fountains
I have another water fountain that looks similar to my water faucet because our cat is always trying to drink from the sink. He does use the fountain; but, even with filters, it gets so dirty. Itās stainless steel, so I wouldnāt have imagined it to be so slimy and grow mold in the reservoir as easily as it does. This fountain is easier to maintain and I really love the separate dirty water tank. It was very easy to put together and the app was easy to install and understand. We adopted 2 kittens recently and all 3 cats approve of this. They used it as soon as it was set up and none of them had any issues (1-yo and 3-mo). If they continue to use this more than the other one, I plan to order another one.
