Excellent customer service even though it would not charge and while plugged in water continuously runs into drinking bowl I could no longer use. However you may not experience this!

Does not last
This fountain does not last…I had it for 4 months and now it doesn’t dispense water anymore..I spent 70 dollars on this fountain and it didn’t even last a year..the other fountain I bought was 30 bucks and it still works..bought it 4 years ago..I am so angry..I want my money back but of course it is too late!!! It’s really unfair companies are put out bogus designs and don’t suffer consequences…ugh I’m so upset

Good for scardy cats
Food water bowl for cats! Took them some getting used to but they eventually warmed up and seem to love it now!! It’s nice to know they’ll have clean water

Cat water fountain
Was excited about this water fountain at first. About a week after setting it up, the battery needed charged which it’s supposed to last months on a single charge. Plugged it in to charge and the light is supposed to flash green when fully charged, however long that takes, after 16 hours it still wasn’t blinking just solid green. Also, one of my cats kept sliding it away from the wall. I tried a silicone mat to prevent that but was unsuccessful. I had contacted amazon about the battery issue and was sent a replacement but before I even received that, my cat ended up tipping it over and had clean and dirty water all over my kitchen floor. Ended up sending both units back, didn’t want to deal with water on the floor all the time. Otherwise it was a nice fountain and I liked how the clean and dirty water was separate. My other cats seemed to really like drinking out of the little bowl. Worked fine other than the battery issue. I was sad that I couldn’t use it.

Really like this water fountain for my cats and the fact that it separated the dirty water from clean. Unfortunately battery life was not what was advertised and now it stopped work properly. Saying it needs to be charged, when it’s been charged for over 12 hours. Also trying to refill clean water but not able to. I’ve only had it for a little over a month. Very disappointing

Not for multiple cats
Doesn’t work for multiple cats..it only refills every 3 hours but it’s emptied as soon as it fills and the animals have to wait 3 hours for water again unless you step in a manual make it refill. Good idea but should have a sensing device for when water bowl is empty and then it automatically refills. Giving it a week try but probably sending it back.

J’ai achetée cet abreuvoir car j’ai 4 chats dont un qui boit avec sa patte et a tendance à mettre des grains de litière dans l’eau et ainsi les autres chats ne semblent pas tentés d’y boire. Cet abreuvoir est génial. Super efficace, simple à remplir, vider et nettoyer. La charge de la batterie dure très longtemps. J’aimerais beaucoup qu’un modèle XL pour les grands chiens existe!

Works fantastic until it doesn’t. 4 months and it broke. Unlike others who have had problems (won’t dispense water), I have the opposite problem where it won’t stop dispensing water.

Purchased two. Our one cat prefers to drink from that tap which isn’t a problem except he has one kidney and needs to drink often and doesn’t like other bowls/fountains/cups, etc. We set this up on the bathroom counter and he will drink from it often. It does “waste” a lot of water but if it’s clean we’ll often just dump it back into the tank. No filters to change and easy enough to clean. Good alternative

Tout marche bienBonne qualité des matériauxAssemblage et mise en service très facile.Le seul défaut que je trouve, c’est que mon chat adulte de 5-6kg ne consomme que 60ml en moyenne par jour.Et que le réglage minimum est de 4 × 80 ml par jour.Alors que cet appareil s’adresse aux chats et non aux Chiens.Cela en diminue autant l’autonomie.C’est dommage car pour l’instant c’est le seul appareil du genre disponible.

We started using this water dispenser on June 4, it worked fine but it stopped working just 14 days later. Nothing unusual happened to it—it suddenly stopped dispensing water. We tried emptying and refilling the tank, checked for debris (there was none), and even tried blowing into the water inlet to clear any possible blockages, but nothing worked. Waste of money don’t buy!!
