Durable and cute cactus toy
Our doodle hasn’t even chewed through the first layer yet so it’s durable! The flower hasn’t come off yet either which I thought would come off instantaneously! And she really loves the cactus! I ordered the larger size for our 28 pound doodle and it seems to be the perfect size for her.

Perfect toy for my big best friend
This cactus is adorable. My tough dog has yet to break it open to reveal the second cactus. Although I do think the flower should be removed prior to play. My dog had it off in about 4 secs. and tried to eat it The flower makes the toy look cute but will cause problems if it is injested. I believe the $12 price is fair as the toy is very sturdy for my Pitsky…Pitbull and Husky mix. The squeak toy inside is pretty hard to squeak so it’s not annoying either. My dog can stomp it to squeak it. It is a great chew toy in the shape of a football. It’s also great for playing fetch.

My dog loves this toy! He has not destroyed it in 10 minutes like the hundred other toys I’ve bought him. I am thoroughly amazed.

Incessant Squeaking
This has lasted a long time. I have a corgi/border collie mix, and she loves chewing on things. She destroys even the “tough, long lasting” toys within minutes. The only issue I have with it is that the squeaker is still alive. Incessant squeaking all day long is my new reality. She has refused to utterly destroy the ball at the center of the cactus. I think she just loves squeaking it to death. It’s cute, I don’t remember a ton of stuffing, and it was cheaper than I remember. I would buy it again, but not until she kills the squeaker

This is very sturdy and well used by my Golden Retriever puppy. I don’t even think that she will ever be able to chew through to the ball inside. Great product

Great for chewers!
My part German Shepherd part Husky is a year old and eats EVERYTHING in her path! This toy is awesome! She played with it at every stage of destruction and the spiky football shape in the center is still alive! To be clear, this toy is designed to be destroyed in stages. I did not think it would last this long. This is by far one of the best toys we have found for her since we rescued her 6 months ago.

Cute but Stuffing in the arms can be pulled out and swallowed
It’s very cute and my dog loves it, but why put the kind of stuffing in the arms that dogs shouldn’t eat? First thing mine did was to chew up and tear off all the outer appendages such as the arms and the cute little hat. I tried to take away the fabric and stuffing so he wouldn’t swallow all of those, but probably still swallowed some. Why put that stuffing in there? This is supposed to be a toy that a dog can tear up, but if there is stuffing that they can pull out and swallow, it immediately is NOT a great toy for aggressive chewers. I like the concept but can’t you do it so there are not so many pieces they can swallow that they shouldn’t? Will see if he proceeds to pull out the inner toy or not. He’s working on it now.

Mini review: Our mini dachshund who obliterates every toy in his path is obsessed with it. Has lasted for 10 days now. The “final” toy seems very strong and will last for a long time. Excellent value, we’re buying more toys from this brand as a result.Longer review: Our mini dachshund has some incredible chewing power. He destroys most toys in about ten minutes, even ones that are described as tough. And once he’s destroyed them, he loses interest instantly. All of these things had me expecting that this toy would be just like all the rest. Cute and fun for a few minutes, but nothing more. Well we were blown away.It’s really cute and well designed. Our pup seemed to love getting at what was inside. He never tried to ingest any of the fabric and best of all, there is NO FIBER FILLING. Fiber filled toys are the bane of my existence. The only material inside, apart from the “second” toy is a thin mesh liner printed with the Barkbox logo and text saying “time to throw me away” to remind the pet owner to toss the now damaged outer shell. We thought this was a really nice touch. Also the innermost rubber spiky ball (it’s what’s inside the sad-faced part of the toy) seems to be scented like coconut? I wasn’t expecting this but it was kind of a nice surprise, admittedly. Dog toys can get pretty rank after awhile but this one still has a nice tropical smell to it.Anyway, this toy has incredible value for us and we felt that it was well-designed. We’re buying more and will for a long time. I wish I had paid attention to the Barkbox brand years ago!

Der Artikel war ein Geschenk für einen Hund der laut Ausage der Besitzerin “alles schreddert”. Also war dieses Spielzeug perfekt. Der Hund hat nicht lange gebraucht ,bis er durch die beiden Schichten bei dem Ball angekommen war, hatte aber den Spaß seines Lebens und kaut auch bald ein Jahr später immernoch glücklich auf dem Igelball ,der im Inneren des Spielzeugs verborgen ist.Ich kann das Spielzeug nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen !
