amazing product!
Functionality:This automatic wet food feeder has been a great addition to my cat’s routine. It keeps portions fresh for hours m, and the timed trays help space out meals so she doesn’t overeat. Setup was simple, the motor is quiet, and cleanup is easy. it’s reliable enough for daily use and short trips. Overall, it’s made feeding time more consistent and my cat’s definitely not complaining.

Great automatic cat feeder
So far, I love love it! Looks great in white. I would have preferred something to the bell because my cats think there’s someone at the door and they all run. As I give them meals with it, they’re starting to really like it but they still check the front door. So easy to set up and use on my phone. It’s very smooth and quite when it opens and closes. The dishes are nice and large. Two cats can eat at once. I’m very impressed. As long as it keeps working, I’m very happy with it. I’ll try to give an update in a few months.

Good product
So far this item works well. Sometimes the bell does not ring when it first opens but you can set it to continue to ring in intervals or until your pet comes to the feeder. My cat took to it pretty quickly. Like that you can check the log for pet activity or open the feeder early if needed. It is a little big so be prepared for needing that extra space. Easy to set up and set meal schedules. Added backup batteries- not sure how long they last for a power outage. Easy to clean and load. Would recommend the stainless steel bowl insert. Gives me peace of mind while I am at work that my cat has the opportunity to eat when he needs to as recommended by his vet.

Works well; great customer service
This works well – after a rather steep learning curve to get it connected and figure out how to use the app. It allows me to be gone for most of the day and overnight while Izzy can still get 3 meals a day. It’s been very helpful as I adjust from having 2 cats mostly eating dry food I could just leave out to one with digestive and weight loss issues requiring 3 small wet food meals a day. It only took her a day or two to come at the sound of the bell.Customer service has also been exceptional. They keep improving the app based on customer input, so some of the issues noted in earlier reviews have been resolved. It’s very easy to manually open & close whatever tray you choose, when you’re not using an auto schedule, for example. I set up a cheap wifi video camera (see 2nd image) I could check at feeding times to make sure everything was working correctly and the right cat was eating the food. (Fortunately the other one likes his dry food ok.) 2 cats could eat as I think the trays hold a 5 oz. can of food. Worth the extra money to pay for this refrigerated feeder rather than most wet food feeders that I believe require changing the freezer gel pack every day.

A Truly Amazing Product For Cat Independence
Wonderful. Amazing. We now have peace with our cats. We have two of these and it has been such a blessing. They hold three full meals. And keep them nice and refrigerated. They are built extremely well and made to last. Bowls are made of stainless steel and are durable. App works super well and is easy to set up. Good to keep cats food portions regular and keep them healthy.Some things I noticed: the plugs do get very warm. Not sure why but both units the plugs get almost hot.You’re gonna have to clean this unit regularly to keep it sanitary for your animals. If you use fish wet food the unit will be smelly of fish. The lid too must be cleaned. The tray with the bowls is dishwasher safe. Also you need to figure out where to put the unit. It is rather large.Overall I would highly recommend this feeder it’s the only one that is refrigerated and premium quality that I could find in the market. App terrible, feeder useful
The app is terrible and needs a lot of work. First and most importantly, there is currently no way to open a compartment more than once in a day, so if your pet eats more often than once every 24 hours, you have to use two or three compartments to accomplish twice or thrice daily feeds, making only 24 hours of feeding possible. The only way currently to achieve 72 hours as advertised is opening each compartment once in a day, for a maximum of 4 hours per day. Second, the only way to advance the tray on the via the app is by canceling the schedule, starting a manual feed, and tapping a small icon. Since I’ve had it get confused with a schedule change and I had to manually push the motor around to get it on the right feeding tray. Once it opened the lid but the tray was only half-aligned with the slot. Adding the ability to open each tray multiple times in a day and advancing the tray via the app would go a long way to realizing the full potential of this feeder. I realize some animals will eat everything as soon as the tray opens, but not all pets are like that and having the option to split feeds from one tray in a day is crucial. Third, the manual open option forces you to select a scheduled time, which is hopelessly confusing and ruins the schedule for the day. The manual function should be separate from the schedule and open one time for a chosen duration, e.g. “open now for 30 minutes.” Fourth, there also needs be a way in the app to play the bell sound that signals opening of the tray lid. That would help in training the pet to approach the feeder upon hearing the bell.UPDATE: I’m taking another star off for the app. If the schedule gets off (which it does frequently) you are hosed. You have to manually push the tray around against the motor, which clearly is not good for it. I would suggest avoiding this until they make the app useful.UPDATE 2: Docked another star down to 1. This feeder is as bad as the app. It manages to stick to a twice daily feeding schedule for a few days, then something happens and it can’t figure out which bowl to present. I’ve talked to customer support who have been responsive, but their advice is similarly useless, such as “put the am feed in bowl 2 or 3 and the pm feed in bowl 1”, which shows a complete lack of understanding that the bowl would be turning in opposite directions depending on whether it was 2 to 1 or 3 to 1. Maybe I got a bad device, but my poor cat has no idea when to eat and we can’t leave him alone because the feeder is completely untrustworthy. Spend your money elsewhere.

This feeder is great. It even shows what time the pet came to eat and how long they were at the dish. At one session, none of the cats came to eat, so I manually started another feeding a few hours later. It stays refrigerated at all times. I highly recommend.

Works wonderfully. Consistent, up to 4 meal times a day. Easy to program. I wouldn’t bother setting up the voice, it’s very loud every time and cat responds to good noise. You can’t delete sound and taking batteries out doesn’t reset.For my cat, food storage lasts 3 weeks and cat can’t get in. Running off batteries also great if no powerpointI’m using in Australia and works great. Power is a usb end so you just need to pickup a $5 usb power point, or just use your phone one.

This auto feeder is amazing!!!!! Like would buy it a million times over !!!! We use to get waken up by our cat super early and then he would big again for food again around noon and won’t stop until you feed him… but now with the multi feeding times and portions its saves alot of early morning and afternoon tantrum lol, he now eats 3 times a day at different portions sizes. Portions are easy to set took me half hour to play around to find the right portions and voice records helps to . Although it works only sometimes.Also as hard as he tries cant get the food to come out.I added vinyl and call it “Beau’s Munchie Machine”

Pros:- It works- Various settings – quantity, amount of times/day, and times of day (not sure what else you would need- Fairly good instructions (could use some improvement), but with some figuring/trials was able to get it set up- recorded voice to call pet for food- Holds enough food for my two cats (combined weight of less then 25lbs) for well over 3 weeks- I PERSONALLY BELIEVE it could handle larger food then they recommend (it may even help it to stop getting caught on lip)- Manual feed button- Does have some parts that come off for easier cleaningCons- Food doesn’t come all the way down the tunnel/shoot- Had to take out metal tray as food was getting stuck on lip – which made it backup even more then without tray- By taking out the tray it won’t be as easy to clean regularly- Volume of recorded voice can NOT be adjusted and is somewhat quiet (could also be a pro for smaller dwellings and when at home)- Sound quality isn’t great but good enough to let them know (eventually they would figure out what it means as it doesn’t really sound like you)- Instructions could use a bit more information for setting up, they are also missing/in wrong sequence for a step or two, but could be figured out with a little trial and error- When testing with manual feed button the portion isn’t the same as when running the schedule so somewhat harder to figure out what size to enter for portion- Doesn’t look like you can wash the shoot but could possibly wipe it outPersonal con- Would prefer it took AA batteries as opposed to the D (or C), as AA are what we always have on hand, however with the plug it works perfectly fine and will have to pick up the batteries for when we go away
