Excellent buy for immediate relief!
This ABSOLUTELY works!!! It was NO exaggeration when I read that you will see dead fleas fall off your cats. I have two – one 14 yrs of age with extremely dense hair so fleas are hard to catch or even see – i noticed flea dirt on her though and her scratching more – so i gave her a pill – about an hour or two later, she was sitting on a pillow next to me – she got up and i noticed 5 or 6 dead fleas on the pillow – so an EXCELLENT buy. I also noticed on my second cat a couple from where she was sleeping as well. This worked amazingly – but remember – you have to use another flea prevention as well as this does not kill larvae or eggs! I was okay with that as I just wanted something immediately to give my babies some relief and this absolutely did so. After reading side effects – my cats did both have bursts of energy followed by extensive cleaning (i took mine outside and brushed them to help with itching), followed by extreme lethargy – these were all listed side effects btw – and after about 5 hours – they were back to their perky but also cat nap like selves. DEFINITELY worth the money for instant relief for your babies!!!!

Cat outside, no fleas in or out!
Well, while we can’t keep our 1 and half year old cat inside at this stage, 100% of the time, we had to let him have outside time. Of course, when he came into the house, we saw fleas, or if we combed him outside. It was scary to see so many and with our other cat, he didn’t have that issue and with having cats throughout my life, I guessed that some cats are more likeable to fleas, like some people are more liked by mosquitoes. What was great, with Capstar, was in giving our cat a tablet daily, was that soon, the fleas were gone. It took our cat about two weeks, with daily use.The proof was combing and/or brushing our cat. We could see that the fur didn’t have fleas or the excrement. We also didn’t see the fleas on the bed, carpet, furniture, etc. While it’s a little concerning to give him a tablet lie this, for me, it’s easier than topical. Naturally, I was worried about giving him this tablet daily, since I wasn’t sure how he would react. Initially, he did have a stomach reaction, and started eating grass or tall weeds, right after taking it, though after about a week, he was ok. These days, after longer use, does not have that issue.I do a small modification, though, to give it to him.I don’t put it as a tablet in his throat. I just ‘grind the tablet’ so it’s a powder, then mix it with his favorite liquid cat treat. It mixes with it well. The only time he wouldn’t eat it was when it wasn’t mixed well.(To explain on topicals, while our cat is extremely fastidious, he is constantly getting into shrubs, etc., so a topical isn’t ideal for him. Kudos to those where that works! So…Capstar pills are easy to deal with. They are fairly thin and small, maybe like the size if a thick shirt button. Each pill is individual in a foil, easy to tear off.To grind it to powder, you can use a can or something like it, to get the powder effect. It takes just a little bit of hitting it in the indiviualpill package, in the foil, then open the pill pocket by popping it and put it in the cat dish. It may be in one spot, so mixing it helps. This worked and is wonderful as we love having our cat inside when he needs to be, and allowing him outside, as he has to have his time being in the sun and visiting other outside cats.It also helps, so you aren’t worried about fleas being everywhere in the house. For improvements to the manufacturer, make the product 7 tabs instead of 6, please, and for the larger quantities. Also, find ways to give deals in some way. I know you have a captive audience, though sending some deal is important and appropriate, please.I would say that this, overall, has been helpful for having a cat who seems to be a flea attractor when he is outside and he needs to have his cat roaming, so this is a worthy product to try. His appetite is still great and no side effects after the initial week approx.

Fast, effective flea relief—lifesaver for my itchy cat!
I’ve used Capstar multiple times now, and it works exactly as promised. Within 30 minutes, my cat stopped scratching like crazy, and you could actually see the fleas dropping off. It’s easy to give (just a small tablet), and I love that no prescription is needed—especially in an emergency flea situation.I use it as a quick-kill solution before following up with a longer-term flea prevention method. It’s perfect for getting an infestation under control fast. I also like that it’s approved for cats as small as 2 lbs, which was important for my younger rescue.Just be sure to read the directions carefully, and always check with your vet if your pet has any medical conditions or is pregnant.Highly recommend keeping a box of this on hand—it’s my go-to flea emergency fix!

Mostly effective, needs to taste better
I like how this flea treatment works quickly, killing fleas in just 30 minutes. It doesn’t have a strong odor and doesn’t leave any residue on my cat’s fur. Plus, it’s safe for kittens and cats from 2 to 25 pounds. However, the taste isn’t great, and I wish it was more affordable. Also, better availability in stores would help. Overall, a decent product that gets the job done. Product should be a brown color to match kibble and be easier to feed pet. He thought it was part of the plate.

Worked great on my cat!
A few days back, I applied topical flea medication on my cat Milo. Due to a not so cooperative patient, the application was a bit on the sloppy side and therefore didn’t work as well as it should have. The fleas were driving him crazy so I did a little research on other products that could be used in conjunction with topical flea medication, and learned about Capstar. Capstar is a little pill, so fairly easy to disguise in your cats’s favorite treat. I ground the pill up and mixed it in with Milo’s favorite. True to its word, capstar started working in about a half hour, and the fleas were literally dropping off him. In the meantime, I was also using a flea comb… the two products together were awesome! I highly recommend anyone with a flea problem to give capstar a try!
